BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Packages: Beverage and food packages must be completely pre-paid. Additional hours may be charged on the night via credit card or cash. Beverage packages are charge per-person. Strict RSA regulations will ensure your party is managed appropriately & professionally. General Rules: Due to seasonal availability, some menu items may change. Venue minimum spend applies. To ensure total exclusivity, the venue hire fee is $2,000 for Saturday, $1,000 for Friday, $500 for Sunday through to Thursday. (Please note that venue hire fees will be waived when the value of the booking equals or exceeds a minimum spend amount) The venue charges are inclusive of staffing costs. Sound system is inclusive of venue hire. Additional requirements will be chargeable to the client. Payments: A 25% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the booking. Final guest number confirmation must take place no later than 10 working days prior to the event. Final payment is required for the total bill 10 working days prior to the event. The client may choose to increase guest numbers within 72 hours notice but due to stock management, a decreasein numbers is not permitted. All prices are inclusive of G.S.T. In line with the Reserve Bank s reform of the Payment Systems (regulations). Act 1998 (effective 1/1/2003), payments made by Amex or Diners will incur a 3% surcharge.
