KOSHER CONSIDERATIONS EVENTS General Information & Policies Residence Inn Miami Aventura allows the use of outside kosher caterers to be brought in. Food and Beverage must be provided by the vendor agreed upon in the contract. The hotel can not store or retain any food or beverages onsite, food must be delivered at time of the event. Outside Liability Waiver will need to be signed with contract prior to event. Pricing Events requiring Kosher Catering are signed contract and a credit card are required to guarantee the event. Event space will be determined upon number of attendees that best fits the space. $15.00 / guest This includes: Room Rental, Setup of Tables & Chairs on Premise, Water Station, Tables for outside kosher food to be displayed. $18.00 / guest This includes: Room Rental, Setup of Tables & Chairs on Premise, Solid color tablecloths and napkins, Water Station, Tables for outside kosher food to be displayed
CONSIDERATIONS General Information & Policies Food and Beverage must be provided and served by the hotel and consumed on premises, with the exception of outside catering for Kosher Events and specialized Custom Cakes - surcharges may apply Terms & Cancellation A signed contract and a credit card are required to guarantee the event. All food and beverage guarantees must be given 3 days prior to event. The expected number will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. Events require an advanced deposit of 30% 30 days prior to event. Remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to event. A credit card must remain on file for all events to cover any additional charges incurred the day of the event or any damaged caused to hotel property. In the event of cancellation, fees may apply depending on the terms of catering contract. Service Charge & Tax All Meeting Room Rental, & Audio Visual are subject to a 22% taxable service charge and 7% sales tax. All Food & Beverage are subject to a 22% taxable service charge and 9% sales tax. Shipping Residence Inn will gladly receive any boxes sent to the hotel for events. The shipment of such material will be accepted no sooner than 3 days prior to the function. A nominal handling fee of $5.00 per box, up to 50 lbs.; ensures their delivery to your preferred location. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
