2 Chinese BBQ Pork by Eric Loo Place all the ingredients for the marinade into a bowl, place the pork in the large tupperware and pour the marinade sauce inside, after that put it inside the fridge for over one night. When you are ready to cook, take it out from the fridge, and let it unfreeze for 30 mins. Preheat the oven to 180 C, place the roasting rack on a large baking tray and half fill with boiling water. The water helps to steam in the oven and keep it moist. Roast the pork for about 30mins, basting every time with runny money in every 10 mins. After 30 mins, take it out from oven, then you can enjoy the food.

3 Margoog (Saudi Traditional Dish) Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup white or Brown flour. 4 chicken breasts (cut into cubes) or 1/3 kilo meat with bones. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Category: Main Dish Estimated Duration: 60 mins Serves: 6 1 large onion - chopped 1 tomato chopped or minced 1 tbsp tomato Sause. Spices: 2 black lemon (Dried lime). 2 Red pepper. 1 tbsp turmeric powder. 1/2 tbsp black pepper. 1 tbsp mixed spices. Optional: 3 Marrows- chopped. 3 carrots cut into 4 pieces. Instructions: 1) Mix the flour with water and some salt and knead until it becomes dough then cut it into cubes. 2) Meanwhile, mix the chicken cubs separately with all the coarse spices and fine salt with some water. 3) Stir the onion and tomato with some oil on a low heat until the onion is light golden brown and then add the tomato Sause and the chicken mixture. 4) Add some water and leave it to stand for approximately 20 min over medium heat. 5) Add the vegetables and mix it with mixture (optional). 6) Finally, add the dough cubes, mix it well, and bring it to the boil. 7) Cover the pot and leave it for 20 min. 8) After that stir and add water when needed. 4 Ingredients: 4 chicken escalopes 300g coconut milk coconut chips 2-3 spoons of curry 2 onions 1 box white mushrooms Step 1: Brown-off the onions in olive oil on medium temperature until it becomes transparent Step 2: Add half of the curry, then brown off the chicken and stir sometimes, add a pinch of salt and pepper Step 3: Lower the temperature and pour the coconut milk in and add the rest of the curry, the chips and the mushrooms Step 4: Let it simmer for 30mins and serve it hot with white rice Marine Miyet

5 Roasted salmon with Ingredients: 1 Onion, chopped 250g spinach, frozen 250mL cooking cream 50g gorgonzola 250g noodles 300g salmon filet Salt, pepper 100 ml Water Method: Heat the oil in a medium sized pot, then soften the chopped onion for a few minutes. When soft, add the frozen spinach to the pot and simmer it on medium heat for 5-10 mins. Boil the noodles in salted water for mins until tender. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and start roasting the salmon on both sides until it is glassy inside. Add the cooking cream, the water and the gorgonzola to the pot with the spinach and simmer it for 10 mins. Season it with salt and pepper and keep it warm on minimum heat. Then pour the noodles and season your salmon with some salt, pepper and garlic. You can serve it with some lemon juice drzizzled over the salmon.

6 Pan fried potatoes 1 Onion 80g bacon cubes 6 to 8 potatoes Salt and pepper 2 tbsps parsley 2 tbsps clarified butter Melanie Schlüter (for 4 persons) Wash the potatoes and put them into a pot with slightly salted water. Put it on the stove. When boiling, let the potatoes cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards, drain the potatoes and let them cool down for 12 to 24 hours. Then peel the potatoes and cut slices of 2 to 3cm. Cut the onions into rings. Meanwhile, melt the clarified butter into a pan. Put the onion rings into the melted clarified butter and add the bacon cubes. When the onions are becoming clear take them out of the pan. You can now put the potato slices into the melted clarified butter. Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes until they brown-off a bit. Carefully fold in the onion rings and the bacon cubes. After serving, sprinkle parsley on top. Prepare pan potatoes as a main dish or as a side dish with steak and hot vegetables e.g. broccoli. Enjoy!

7 Tagliatelle all anatra (Tagliatelle with duck) Prep: mins 1) First of all chop up the onions, carrots and celery. Then heat a bit of oil in a pan and put in all the vegetables and cook them for a few mins. 2) Meanwhile cut the duck breast into little pieces and then pour them into the pan with vegetables. Brown off all the ingredients for 2-3 mins. 3) Simmer with red wine and then dilute with vegetable broth until the perfect meat cooking time. Sprinkle salt and pepper, put on the lid and leave to cook for 1 hr 1 hr 10 mins, Cook: 70 mins Easy Serves: 4 4) When it is ready, boil water with a sprinkle of salt. 5) When the water boils, pour in the tagliatelle and cook it for 8-10 mins. 6) Finally, drain the tagliatelle and pour it into the pan with duck, amalgamate everything and serve. 7) Do not forget to serve this dish with a good glass of red wine. 8 Bulgogi recipe Chunghee Lee Ingredients: 4tbps rice wine some sesame oil 65ml ground onion 4tbps ground garlic some glass-noodles half pear half carrot 1/3 green onion 3tps sugar 600g chuck roll some mushroom Method: 1)Put the glass noodles in the bowl which has water. Meanwhile, drain blood from beef, then sprinkle sugar on beef. Add soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, ground things like onion, pear garlic in the bowl, then mix them. Marinate mixed sauce and drained beef together for minutes. 2. Slice onion, carrot, green onion and cut mushroom, then put them on the plate. Put the marinated chuck roll in the pot, then boil it on high. Meanwhile put everything on the plate in the pot and simmer them. 3. When water from vegetable and beef rises to the top, put glass-noodles, 1tbs water, little bit of sugar, salt in the pot and boil them until noodles are cooked. 4. Put it in the dish and eat Bulgogi with rice.

9 Alain s Brittany Galettes Ingredients: 1.5 l water 1 spoon salt 4 slices ham 500 g mushroom 100 g tomato sausage 1 onion 450 g Black wheat flavour Method: In a container, put the flour and the salt. Add half the water and knead until having a smooth dough. Let it rest for an hour. Meanwhile soften the onion in a pan, slice the mushroom and grate the cheese. Mix while pouring the rest of the water into the dough. The dough will become liquid batter. Heat the stove. Put in a ladle of batter on the stove. Spread into a circular thin pancake. Cook the first side for 2 minutes. Then flip the pancake. Instantly break an egg and put it in the middle. Add a handful of cheese and sprinkle around the egg. Put half a ham slice and or other ingredients. Fold into a square, the egg is always visible. Serve immediately with a small piece of butter.

10 Marine s recipe Ingredients : 20 Carambars (it s like a caramel bar), 10 cl of milk 150g of butter 150g of flour 3 eggs 100g of sugar 1/2 sachet of yeast Marine Walther Method: First of all, heat the oven at 180. Then, melt the butter with the milk and the Carambars in a pan, (low heat). Whisk the eggs with the sugar, add the flour & yeast and then combine both mixtures together. After this, grease the tin with butter and put the dough into the tin & finally put in the oven for 35 mins at 180.

11 A Tatin Pie Ingredients for the pastry: 200g flour, 100g butter, 1 egg Ingredients for the pie: 150g sugar, 200 butter, 6 apples (Canadian reinettes) Method : 1- First of all make the pastry (or buy an already made one). Sieve the flour in a big bowl. Melt the butter and add it to the flour. Break the egg and add it too. Knead the three ingredients to make the pastry. Roll out until a diameter of 30cm. Sprinkle some flour on a baking paper before putting the pastry on it. Keep it in the fridge to cool down for 20 mins. Heat the oven to 180 C. 2- Meanwhile, peel the apples and chop them into 3 parts. Sprinkle 100g of sugar in ovenproof dish. Slice the butter onto the sugar. Arrange the apples onto the butter and Sprinkle the rest of sugar. Simmer on gas for mins until the sugar just becomes caramel. Then turn off the gas. Cover with the pastry. Prick the pastry with a fork to let the steam go out. Bake for 20 mins. 3- Flip immediately on a large plate for serving. Let cool down and serve with 2 soup-spoons of Chantilly cream.

12 Method: As soon as the Raclette heater is warm, put the cheese under it, then wait until the top of the round melts completely. When the melted cheese starts to become brown, just scrape it into your dish and enjoy! Raclette recipe You can eat it by itself or you can use some potatoes, onions and pickles as sides. It's highly recommended to sprinkle the melted cheese, with spices like pepper, paprika and so on. Finally you can add some delicatessen to your meal. Max Avondet

13 flapjack Ingredients: 125g butter 3 tbsps golden syrup 125g brown sugar 250g porridge oats chopped dried fruit Method: Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan. Add to the rest of the dry ingredients and mix together. Spoon into a greased tin. Bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180 C or until golden brown. Leave in the tin for a while until it becomes hard enough to cut into squares. It should taste VERY sweet and buttery. Expect it to be quite soft, but not fall apart in your hands. Enjoy!
