8 Ingredients cooking spray 1 cup chopped onion 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 cups fat-free low-sodium chicken broth 1 (16 ounce) packages broccoli florets 2 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 8 ounces light processed cheese, cubed
9 Directions Fry the onion and garlic in oil in saucepan for THREE min or till soft. Add in broccoli. Add in broth. Heat the broccoli mixture to boiling over moderately high temperature setting. Lower the temperature to moderate and allow to cook for TEN min. Take milk and mix with flour, mixing well. Tae milk mixture and add to broccoli mixture. Cook for FIVE min or till become slightly thick, mixing continuously. Blend in pepper. Take away from heat. After this, add in cheese, mixing till cheese is melted. After this, put 1/3 of soup in blender till smooth. Bring the pureed soup mixture back to pan.

12 Ingredients 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth 1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (14 ounce) cans bavarian sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 medium carrots, sliced 2 celery ribs, sliced 1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 bay leaf
13 Directions Mix the 1 st 6 items in bowl After this, take beef and crumble it over mixture and blend well. Make one inch balls. Put on sprayed rack in shallow baking pan. Bake for ¼ hour at FOUR HUNDRED (4oo) degrees Fahrenheit, drain well. Mix the rest of items in saucepan. Add in the meatballs. Heat to boiling. Lower the temperature. Allow to simmer, covered, for approximately ½ hour or till veggies become soft. Remove the bay leaf.

16 Ingredients 3 tablespoons canola oil, divided 1 garlic clove, minced 2 onions, chopped 2 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons pepper 2 tablespoons caraway seeds 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 7 cups beef broth 2 bay leaves 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon nutmeg 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 3 large carrots, peeled and chopped 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
17 Directions Fry the onion and garlic in one tbsp of canola oil in dutch oven over moderately high temperature till become tender and translucent. Take out of pan. After this, pour two tbsp of canola oil into dutch oven. Blend the beef and salt and pepper. After this, sear the beef for FIVE min or till brown in color all over. Blend in caraway seeds. Blend in flour. Cook for 60 seconds till flour is mixed. After this, pour in beef broth. After this, add in bay leaves. Add in sugar. Add in nutmeg. Add in onion mixture. Heat to boiling. Lower the temperature and allow to simmer for 120 min or till meat become soft. Blend in potatoes. Blend in carrots. Keep on cooking till veggies become soft. Take cornstarch and mix with water and blend into stew. Then blend in parsley. Allow to simmer for FIVE min.

20 Ingredients 3/4 lb ground beef 1 cup minced onion 1 teaspoon basil 4 cups beef broth 3 cups diced potatoes 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 4 teaspoons butter 4 teaspoons flour 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 cups light cream 1/2 teaspoon pepper
21 Directions First of all, cook the ground beef and break it up in soup pot. Add in onion. Add in basil. Add in beef broth. Heat to boiling. Add in potatoes. Add in green pepper. Allow to simmer, covered, for TWELVE min. Heat back to boiling. Blend in flour in melted butter in saucepan. Cook for 120 seconds. Add to soup, mixing. Lower the temperature and add in cheese. Add in cream. Add in pepper. Blend till cheese is melted.

33 Directions First of all, heat the ham bone and bay leaf to boiling in three quarts water for approximately 60 min. After this, take out and chop the meat into chunks. Add in ham. Add in onion. Add in celery. Add in potatoes. Add in carrots. Add in salt. Add in pepper. Add in cabbage. Add in parsley. Cook till vegetables are ready and done.

37 Directions Soak the beans in water for a night in large size pot. Rinse the beans and bring back to pot along with three quarts water and ham bone. Allow to simmer for 120 min. Add in parsley. Add in onions. Add in garlic. add in celery. Add in tops. Add in salt and pepper. Allow to simmer, for 60 min or till veggies become soft. Take out the ham bone and dice meat. After this, add the meat to soup. ==================

39 Ingredients 1 cup green lentils 6 cups cold water 3 bouillon cubes 1 small onion, diced 2-3 large potatoes, diced 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar salt, to taste black pepper, to taste cooked smoked link sausage, sliced (optional)
40 Directions Rinse the lentils and remove the pieces of stone. Soak them for a night and then drain them. Cook the drained lentils, six cups of cold water, half of diced onion and bouillon cubes in stock pot for approximately 90 min over moderately low temperature setting, covered. Add in potatoes. Cook till become soft. Fry the rest of onions in melted butter in pan till brown in color. Take flour and add to onions. And blend well. After this, add to soup, mixing continuously. After this, add in vinegar. Add the salt as well as pepper according to your own choice.

48 Directions: Take the fructose and mix with egg substitute, beat well till become fluffy. Add in margarine. Add in lemon juice. Add in lemon zest. Add in almond extract. Add in flour. Add in baking powder. Blend well. Take ¾ dough mixture and put on the floured board. Then make rectangular shape from it. Take cocoa, cinnamon and add them to rest of dough and then spread over the rectangular shape. After this, fold both of the sides of dough in the centre for forming a log shape. Then put on baking sheet and bake for approximately ¾ hour or till light brown in color. Take out of oven and slice. Then put the slices on baking sheet and broil for a couple of min per side. Allow to cool the wire rack.

Then add cold water to preserved syrup, blend into dissolved gelatin. Allow to chill till set. After this, beat the gelatin till become foamy. Take whipped cream, thawed strawberries and fold them into gelatin. After this, pour a quart mold into dessert plates and allow to chill till become firm. After this, unmold if you like. You can serve this tasty recipe with sweetened whipped cream. Use strawberries as garnish.

Boil for approximately 1/3 hour. Blend from time to time. Then rice is ready and done, when tender and soft however still bitable. Then take away from heat and take out lemon rind. Add in butter. Add in sugar. Add in vanilla extract. Blend well. If milk rice consistency is very firm, add extra milk for preferred consistency. For serving this recipe, take sugar and mix with cinnamon.

After this, add some of cream and keep on with that way, alternatively between two, blend till you get smooth dough. Take dough and spread onto greased oven tray. Bake for ¼ hour at FOUR HUNDRED (4oo) degrees Fahrenheit. Take melted butter and blend with sugar, milk, almonds and melted butter. Take the cake out of oven and use the almond butter mixture for brushing the cake. Then put back in oven and keep on baking for next ¼ hour. Let cool and then chop into slices.

Bake at THREE FIFTY (35o) degrees Fahrenheit, for approximately 1 hour or till toothpick comes out neat and clean when inserted in the centre. Take out of oven and let rest for TEN min, then loosen from the tin sides with the help of knife and turn onto cake wire. Use the icing sugar for dusting the cake.

Heat oil in saucepan over moderately high temperature setting. Take apple slices and dip in batter and drop them in heated oil. 74 Ingredients 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons almond extract 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup ground almonds 1 cup powdered sugar
75 Directions: Use the cooking spray for coating couple of cookie sheets. Take butter and beat with sugar till become fluffy. Add in vanilla extract. Add in almond extract. Beat till mixed. Blend in flour. Blend in almonds. After this, work flour mixture into firm dough. Work with a tbsp of dough at a single time, shape a long in the centre is thick compared to both ends, after this, make crescent shape from bend dough. 78 Ingredients 1/2 lb margarine 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups flour 10 ounces maraschino cherries (drained, either cut in half or left whole) 2 cups walnuts (whole half pieces) 3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (set aside for pan dusting) Directions: Take vanilla, eggs, and mix with two cups sugar and margarine. Add in sour cream and mix well. Add dry items besides put aside items. Mix well. Coat the Bundt pan with shortening. Use three tbsp of sugar and half tsp of cinnamon for dusting the Bundt pan. Take cake batter and pour this into pan and poke walnuts and cherries equally into cake batter for distributing 2 items equally. Bake for approximately 75 min at THREE FIFTY (35o) degrees Fahrenheit.

After this, beat the yolk with salt, pepper and remaining lemon juice. Then after this, place the garlic clove through garlic and press into the mixture of yolk. Then after this, add in olive oil. Add the chopped parsley into dressing. Take dressing and pour this over mushrooms.

Then after this, add in mustard. Blend in onions. Then blend in chives. Then blend in dill and then blend in garlic. Allow to rest for a couple of min up to a couple of hours in refrigerator.

91 Ingredients 2 large white daikon radishes salt 40 small red radishes ( garden radish) 1 bunch dill weed 1/4 lb breakfast bacon 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 3 1/2 tablespoons oil white pepper Directions Take the white radishes, clean them. then peel them and then wash them. Chop the radishes into coils and divide them into long pieces. Then after this, put the short radish coils in bowl. And use the salt as sprinkle. Allow the coils to sit for ½ hour. Then quarter the cleaned and washed small size red radishes. Then after this, chop the washed and dried dill weed. Then after this, chop the bacon into cubes and put them in sauté pan and sauté till bacon become crispy and drained of its grease and then remove the grease. Take the vinegar, oil and pour them into bacon in sauté pan and heat to boiling. Take out of sauté pan from stove. After this, pour the radish juice from white radishes into sauté pan to oil and vinegar and bacon mixture. Add the pepper and allow the mixture to cool. Take red radish wedges and add them to white radish and mix. Take the vinaigrette dressing from sauté pan and pour this over the radishes and allow to rest till thoroughly cooled. Use the preserved radish coils as garnish along with dill weed sprigs.

94 Ingredients 1 lb german pickled red cabbage, drained well 1/2 small onion, sliced thinly 1/2 small green pepper, cored and sliced thinly 1 teaspoon poppy seed 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil or 2 tablespoons a very light olive oil 5 ounces smoked cheese sea salt fresh ground black pepper green Lettuce crouton (optional) Directions First of all, add the cabbage into bowl and then after this, toss in sliced onion, green pepper and poppy seeds. Then add the seasoning and blend in oil. Blend in cubed cheese in bowl. Use the salad leaves for lining the dish and pile on the cabbage salad. ==================
95 Nuernberg Red Bell Pepper Salad Ingredients 1 large red bell pepper 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 dash ground black pepper 1 tablespoon frozen corn (optional) Directions Chop the red pepper into fine strips. Take the water, salt and blend them with sugar and vinegar in saucepan and heat to boiling. Add in sliced red pepper to boiling water, cook for 60 seconds till slightly tender and take away from heat. Then allow to rest, covered. Then after this, pour off water. Then add in olive oil, cover and shake well. Then after this, add a dash of black pepper. ===================

98 German Pumpkin Noodle Salad Ingredients 200 g peeled butternut squash 200 g spaghetti 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved 1-2 green onion, chopped into small rings Dressing 1 teaspoon German mustard or 1 teaspoon other prepared medium-sharp mustard 1-2 teaspoon honey, to taste 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, to taste 1 orange, freshly juiced 3 tablespoons sunflower oil or 3 tablespoons canola oil, to taste Optional Garnish 100 g sliced almonds 1-2 teaspoon fat, for toasting the almonds Directions First of all, peel the skinned butternut squash flesh into strips. Then cook the spaghetti as instructed on the box. Then add the pumpkin peelings in the final three min of cooking for blanching them. Drain and rinse till cool. Then toast the almonds in melted fat in pan. Then take away from heat and allow to drain on the paper towel.

102 Gemischter Rohkost Salat Ingredients 1 large celery root vinaigrette ( see below) 2 cups carrots, shredded 2 cups cucumbers, peeled and sliced 15 ounces beets, drained 1 head butter lettuce Garnish Tomato, wedges Garnish dill Directions First of all, chop the peeled celery root into slices and then chop these slices into pieces. Then put in saucepan and add water to cover. Heat to boiling over high temperature setting, lower to simmer. Allow to simmer till soft. Then drain them. then put in bowl. Then after this, toss with vinaigrette. Keep in refrigerator, covered. Put the beets into another bowl and toss with vinaigrette and keep in refrigerator, covered. Organize the butter lettuce on a dish. Then organize four salads individually over the lettuce and use the tomato wedges and dill sprigs as garnishes. For making vinaigrette, take three tbsp of granulated sugar, two third cup of water and

105 German Style Orzo Salad Ingredients 1/2 cup olive oil, for salads 1 teaspoon lime zest 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard salt, to taste pepper, freshly ground, to taste 1 lb orzo pasta 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled 1 large orange bell pepper, chopped small 1 large red bell pepper, chopped small 1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, seeded, and chopped 3 tablespoons capers 3/4 cup kalamata olive, pitted and quartered 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped 2 green onions, chopped Directions 1 st of all, cook the orzo pasta as instructed on the box and cook till ready and done and then drain well. Then after this, beat the lime zest, olive oil, mustard, garlic and basil in bowl till emulsified. Add the salt and pepper according to your own choice.
106 Take the pasta, feta cheese and blend them with peppers, tomatoes, chopped red onion, kalamata olives and capers in bowl. After this, take vinaigrette and pour this over pasta mixture and blend them. Then take the green onions, oregano and add them and toss them and add additional and salt and pepper according to your own choice. Allow to chill the salad for 120 min.
