Wild yeasts in the San Francisco air provided their traditional French bread with a unique tang, giving rise to The Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread. Today, the Boudin family s recipe lives on in the hands and hearts of our expert bakers, with a portion of the original mother dough still starting each and every sourdough loaf we make. Simple Ingredients Equally distinctive to our legendary sourdough bread, are the simple ingredients we use to make it a meal. The premium meats, gourmet cheeses, fresh vegetables, and homemade dressings we use are all natural and locally sourced, whenever possible. Our culinary team uses these simple ingredients to prepare dishes that pair perfectly with our world famous sourdough bread and are sure to please your guests & colleagues. 3 Let s get started Thank you for choosing Boudin. Our catering team is here to assist with your catering needs to help create a meal that will be enjoyed by all. Before placing your order please consider the following: 1. Date and Time your order will be needed. Same day orders are possible if placed by 10:00 am. 2. Number of people attending the event in addition to any special dietary requirements. 3. Determine if the order will be for delivery or pick-up? You can place your order online at boudincatering.com or by phone if you prefer to speak directly to a Catering representative: Once the order is placed, a confirmation will be sent outlining the details of your order such as menu selections, date, time, and address information if for delivery. Please be sure to review the information closely to ensure accuracy. A few other minor details to keep in mind regarding our order process: To avoid a cancellation fee, the order must be cancelled by 5 p.m. one (1) business day before the event. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of your total order. Minimum order for delivery is $50 with an additional 10% delivery fee. Also, we make every effort to insure that prices and item selections listed on our catering menu are up to date and correct. However we reserve the right to make minor menu selection and / or pricing changes whenever necessary.

Our founder, Isidore Boudin, knew that the secret to great taste is keeping it simple. That s why our bread is still made with only four ingredients: flour, water, salt and mother dough. But this approach doesn t stop at bread. Our commitment to simple, fresh ingredients and world class craftsmanship drives everything that we do. The premium meats, gourmet cheeses, fresh vegetables, and homemade dressings we use are all natural and locally sourced whenever possible. Our catering team uses these simple ingredients to prepare dishes that pair perfectly with our world famous sourdough.
