6 Catering Policies ORDERING TIMELINE AND GUARANTEE For your convenience, we recommend that your use online ordering at Orders should be placed seven (7) business days before your event. For orders placed less than 7 business days, we may not be able to provide you with the level of service and specific menu you requested. Late requests within 48 hours of an event can only be accepted if approved by the catering department. All catering orders must have a secured payment at the time of ordering; online payment options include Credit Card, District P-Card or approved internal order. The availability of services after 3:00 PM and weekend events depends on the availability of the necessary resources to provide the service requested and will result in an additional labor charge. TAXES & SERVICE CHARGE All food and beverage is subject to the applicable local sales tax if the function is not a District or School event. Please provide the tax exempt number at the time of ordering. SERVICE & DELIVERY CHARGE All serviced events are subject to a 25% service charge. Drop off orders 10% service charge. Any catering not in the Davis Center is subject to a $35.00 delivery charge. We appreciate your business and will do whatever we can to make your event memorable, from start to finish.
