2 General Information In 2007, the Old Rock House was renovated and turned into an amazing venue that morphs between a concert club and listening room to a unique banquet hall and versatile meeting and event space. The Old Rock House is proud of its historic building, excellent service and delicious homemade foods. From the planning process through the end of the event, our staff of experienced professionals will ensure that every detail is considered with great care and attention to make your event a total success. Space Layout Holding up to 80 people, our private basement lounge is intimate and cozy. We can transform this room to suit any type of event ranging from corporate meetings and seated dinners to cocktail parties and happy hours. Guests have the option to listen to in-house music or play your own through our system. The main floor is made up of three large sections: the main bar area, middle dining room and a large dance floor area directly in front of the stage. Large French doors connect the dance floor and spacious patio. The VIP Lounge makes up the entire second floor and features a mezzanine balcony on one end and an intimate room on the other that is complete with private restrooms, a private bar, two flat screens and furniture made for lounging. We offer accommodations for all sizes of parties. Depending on the amount of people, our entire building may be rented out. Our lounges are available to rent out during certain concerts. Parking There are two well-lit lots available for complimentary parking, one directly behind our building and one adjacent to our building. During Cardinals games our back lot is more than adequate for any size party. Menu Selection The enclosed menu is an example of what our chefs can create. If you have a specific menu in mind that does not appear in our package we would be more than happy to create a customized one for your specific needs. Our menus have a lot of vegetarian options but if you are looking for more, our chef has experience in creating all-vegetarian meals. Service Staff Our staff is trained and experienced in providing excellent service for all events. Paul and his team did an excellent job actually exceeding expectations. 10 Event/Catering FAQ s Can we bring in our own food? We have a broad variety of menu items to fit your needs prepared by our chefs. If you do not see something you like, please feel free to inquire about specialty items. Can we decorate? Of course you can, we want all of our guests to have a great experience at the Old Rock House. How long do we have use of the space? Parties tend to last approximately 4 hours. Please let us know if you need more or less time and we will be more than happy to accommodate you accordingly. Is there a cover charge for private events? There can be an entertainment charge, but please remember this is also a live music venue. We offer days without a band where applicable. Depending on the show, a cover charge can be waived.
