12 Shipping & Delivery Shipping is Only Available Within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any APO is not available. We do not ship internationally. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, but we will be happy to deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers. Standard Shipping Our quality products are individually vacuum-sealed, packaged in attractive gift packaging, surrounded by enough dry ice or gel packs to keep them at the desired temperature during transit, and packed into our reusable, insulated freezer totes. These totes are then placed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes to provide added protection for your items in transit. Echo Valley Meats does offer some shelf stable products. A shelf stable product is one that does not require refrigeration until it is opened. Orders that only contain shelf stable products may not be shipped with dry ice, gel packs, or an insulated freezer tote. Contact us to look at available shipping weeks, especially if you prefer that your gifts arrive close to a holiday. Corporate orders may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to process. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ship based on the transit times from our facility to the final destination within the same calendar week. We are flexible to your shipping preferences, whether we ship ground or overnight your account or ours. We will work together to get the job done. Processing & Delivery Schedule Echo Valley Meats reserves the right to temporarily refrain from processing orders based on severe weather in the transit process. Usually occurring in winter weather, typical delays are 1-2 business days. This schedule is a guideline for our processing schedule, it may be slightly adjusted. While we make every effort to meet these guidelines, periods of increased volume (including holidays and unforeseen circumstances) may extend the processing time of shipments slightly. **PLEASE NOTE: This schedule is provided to offer an estimate and is not a guarantee of delivery times. Addresses & Availability Echo Valley Meats offers no guarantee of delivery with incorrect addresses. Please ensure all shipping addresses are correct prior to submitting your order. Please note that packages are clearly marked perishable and will expire if not kept cold. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the contents of the package can be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. Echo Valley Meats is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or perish due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. You may leave dry ice inside the cooler to evaporate or use gloves to remove and dispose in a well-ventilated outdoor location, away from children and pets.
