Each month our buyers will hand pick five varieties (1lb each) of finfish based off of what s extremely fresh and in season and we ll ship it to your door. Each pound of fish is individually vacuumed sealed and ready for your freezer (unless you decide to cook it all in one sitting) and the package comes with cooking tips and finfish information for you to enjoy each fish to the fullest.
