We carry everything from regional favorites like Olympic Provisions to international specialty meats like Spanish jamón and pâté. All meats can be sliced to order and some can be taken pre-packaged. Cheeses We are committed to bringing you the highest quality cheese from near to far. Our cases of curated selections rotate on a regular basis as we are always seeking out new and unique cheeses to present to you. You will not only find familiar faces, but soon-to-be new favorites. 6 CHEESE OF THE MONTH CLUB The most affordable foodie club around! The Fox and the Crow offers a delicious and unique monthly club with three options. All come with a bag of crackers or crostini. #1 The Perfect Pairing 10 1/8 lb of cheese and its perfect pairing (often dried fruit, nuts, jam, or a mustard). Perfect for a couple or an individual. #2 Meat and Cheese 15 1/8 lb of charcuterie and 1/4 lb of cheese: perfectly paired by our head cheesemonger. Perfect for a couple or an individual. #3 Theme Bundle 30 1/3 lb each of three cheeses: themed by our head cheesemonger. This could be origin themed or milk themed! Great for a family. Memberships can be pre-paid for gifts, or paid monthly. Club offerings can be picked up any time within the month. Sorry, we are not able to mail club offerings, pick up is in shop only. 7 CREATIVE PLATTERS & CATERING All you need is a platter and a dream! Bring in any size platter or buy one of our wooden platters, and we will supply a beautiful array of cheese and/or meat for your occasion! We ve attended to every detail in making these platters abundant, delicious, beautiful, and ready to enjoy. Platter prices include three cheeses (classifications you choose) and a meat or three meats and a cheese the choice is yours! The platters are garnished with dried fruit and nuts, sweet and savory accompaniments, and include Fox and Crow crackers or crostini. Small feeds up to 10 people 65 Medium feeds up to people 95 Large feeds 20+ people 135 (If using our platters, please add $5, $10, and $15 respectively to the above prices) Orders are for pick up in-store, unless otherwise requested. We will deliver to the greater Fort Collins area, including Windsor, Timnath, and Loveland. Delivery charges will apply. Sorry, we do not ship our platters. We request that orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance of desired pick up or delivery. In queso of emergency, please go ahead and call us. We ll try to accommodate special requests.
