We will prepare the roast beef and au jus hot and ready for you to serve or you may purchase it cold, heat it yourself in a crock Pot or oven dish. When figuring quantities, we recommend 2 ounces of meat on each Vienna roll. In addition, figure 1 ½ sandwiches per person. Price for the dry-weight roast beef is $8.99 per pound, and the price for our homemade au jus is $1.99 per pound. Home baked Vienna Rolls are $2.69/Dz. Brine s Pulled Pork AuJus $8.99/lb. Barbecued Beef or Pork Home-cooked beef or pork roast is thinly sliced and coated with our own recipe barbecue sauce. Brines will prepare your order of barbecue pork or beef hot and ready to serve, or you may heat it yourself in a crock-pot or oven dish. Serve on our homemade Vienna buns. To figure your quantity, we recommend 3 ounces of barbecued meat per sandwich, and 1½ sandwiches per person. The price per pound of either barbecued beef or pork is $8.69. Beef Tenderloin Tray $18.99/lb. Specially prepared and cooked to perfection, Brines own beef tenderloin will not disappoint. Served on a tray with homemade horseradish sauce and greens. Minimum order 2 lbs, raw weight. Shrimp Tray $.85 per piece From dainty to large, you determine the size of your shrimp tray by the number of pieces you order. Minimum 12 pieces, tray comes with homemade cocktail sauce and garnished with lemons and greens. Price is $.85 per tail. Brine s 3-Foot Sub Sandwich Brines giant sub sandwich is stuffed with honey cured ham, sliced salami, summer sausage, Swiss and cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato. Italian dressing on fresh bread completes the sandwich. Each of our 3- foot subs serves people. Price is $75.95 plus tax. Please order at least 24 hours in advance.

2 Specialized Meat and Cheese Trays Brines Deli offers a wide selection of cold meats and cheeses that may be custom-combined and presented on a tray. Meat and Cheese Slices In addition to our specially arranged meat and cheese trays, we offer our meat and cheese sliced and wrapped in paper for you to use and display as you like. We offer a huge selection of fresh meats and cheeses. Please see the list above for our most common meats and cheeses, or stop by our deli and sample some. When determining quantities, there are two sizes of sandwiches typically served. For smaller sandwiches, served on our homemade Vienna rolls, we suggest 2 ounces of meat and cheese per sandwich and recommend 1 ½ sandwiches per person. For larger sandwiches, on our Butcher Buns, we recommend 3 ounces of meat or cheese per sandwich. Brines Homemade Vienna Rolls Baked fresh daily, our Vienna Rolls are approximately 2 ½ inches in diameter. The price per dozen for white or whole wheat Vienna Rolls is $2.69 per dozen. Brines Homemade Butcher Buns Baked fresh daily, Brine s Homemade Butcher Buns are the best in town! Big and soft, we offer these buns in white, whole wheat, onion, rye and pumpernickel. Price for 6 white is $2.49, $2.59 for wheat and $2.99 for rye, onion or pumpernickel.

3 Brine s Fresh, Hand-Made Party Trays Fresh Fruit Salad Prepared fresh daily, Brines fruit salad includes an assortment of watermelon, cantaloupe, red and green grapes, pineapple, honeydew and strawberries. Available by the pound, our prices will vary by season. Please ask for current prices. Fruit salad may be packaged in buckets or presented in a disposable serving bowl for an additional $5.00. Marshmallow fruit dip is also available per pound, for $4.99lb. Vegetable & Dip Tray Brines mixed vegetable trays have an assortment of carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, red and green pepper. Tray is completed with a container of our homemade Dill Dip. Relish Tray Brines Relish Trays include an assortment of speared dill pickles, green and black olives, sweet gherkins and a sweet mix Vegetable and Relish Tray Combined This custom tray combines popular items from both the vegetable and relish tray above.
