To help you choose a gin you ll love, we ve listed our gins by their dominant flavour. We offer a range of Bottlegreen and Fever-Tree tonics, so choose your favourite and we'll add our recommended garnish. If you fancy something different just ask! 3 JUNIPER ADNAMS COPPER HOUSE SIPSMITH 41.6% BATHTUB GIN Drawing on their brewing experience they ve made a barley spirit and used it as a base for a big juniper heavy gin Garnish: Orange Blended with the exceptionally pure water of Lydwell spring, it has a wonderful burst of juniper and a zesty freshness Garnish: Juniper berries Lightly tinted by the botanicals, and with a flavour which is both bold, and perfumed all at once Garnish: Lime CITY OF LONDON DRY GIN 41.3% WILLIAMS CHASE GB EXTRA DRY GIN PORTOBELLO ROAD GIN A finely balanced gin, with zesty notes of fresh orange, lemon and pink grapefruit Garnish: Pink grapefruit Chase distil their vodka from cider made from organically grown apples, they then distil their gin from the vodka! The result is a delicious gin with notes of spice and citrus Garnish: Ginger & lemon Old-style London Dry with traditional botanicals and spices, that harks back to the gins of yesteryear Garnish: Juniper berries TANQUERAY 47.3% BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Scotland Boasting a higher percentage of juniper than any other gin, this is a perennial favourite Garnish: Lime Bright and fresh, with 10 distinctive botanicals Garnish: Lime 43.3% 43% FLORAL SILENT POOL 43% BULLDOG BLOOM 24 botanicals work together to produce a complex gin. Local honey is the secret to the silky smooth finish! Garnish: Orange Inspired by Sir Churchill s British Bulldog spirit this is traditionally made, with rather untraditional botanicals dragon eye, poppy and lotus leaves Garnish: Pink grapefruit Named 'Bloom' due to the distinctly floral nature of its botanicals: honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile Garnish: Strawberry GORDON'S PREMIUM PINK 37.5% BOË VIOLET 41.5% HENDRICK S Scotland Scotland An aromatic, floral gin infused with raspberries and strawberries Garnish: Strawberry Infused with violets to create a light, delicate taste and beautiful colour and aroma Garnish: Lemon A most unusual gin made with marvellous infusions of cucumber and rose petals Garnish: Cucumber FLAVOURED GIN WARNER EDWARDS VICTORIA S RHUBARB GIN Rhubarb juice is extracted using a traditional fruit press and blended with Harrington Dry Gin to produce an alluring pink gin that is sweet and tangy Garnish: Orange SIPSMITH SLOE GIN Sipsmith's London Dry Gin is left to rest on wild sloe berries and picked in the autumn. 11 CRAFT BEERS Big Hug Brewing presents The Bears - Spirit Pale Ale 4.2% ABV Light and hoppy session pale ale made with 95% biscuity Maris Otter Pale Ale malted barley with a touch of Munich and Cara speciality malts for added complexity and colour. Chinook and Summit hops from the US are added to give a great US-style hop profile aromatic and flavourful with a quenching dryness on the back of the palate Brewdog Vagabond Pale Ale 4.5% ABV Scotland A fantastic pale ale, that just so happens to be gluten-free. Vagabond melds citrus and tropical hop flavours with a light caramel malt base, backed up with a raucously resinous bitterness. Brewed using 100% malted barley, American hops and Scottish water Crazy Mountain Living Pale Ale 5.7% ABV USA The hop forward character of this pale ale shines through in the unique, tropical fruit flavour of two American hop varieties. This beer has a fresh approach to how a pale ale expresses its inner hoppiness Wild Brew Madness IPA 6.8% ABV The West Coast IPA sparked a revolution and this is Wild Brew's version of one. Open the bottle to a tropical punchbowl of aromas, as this beer is all about the hops Tiny Rebel, Cwtch - Champion Beer Of Britain % ABV Wales What a great word. Cwtch (rhymes with butch) can mean either cuddle or cubbyhole.
