3 Something long Tanqueray / Tanqueray ,- /130,- Garnish: Lime wedge / pink grapefruit wedge. The first is a classic. The benchmark for a well made London Dry Gin. This gin was inspired by beautiful Danish forests and in particular, their trees. Four Pillars ,- Orange wedge & thyme. Honeyberry Spritz ,- Tanqueray gin, strawberry infused Pimms, honey, lemon oil syrup, fresh lemon juice and tonic. Long, fruity and refreshing. Cloud ,- Tanqueray 10 gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh cucumber, lemon juice, black pepper bitters, sugar syrup and egg white. Fluffy, Fresh and fruity. Not too sweet, not too sour. Sea Goose ,- Jalapeño infused Plantation 3 Star White Rum, gooseberry and lemongrass syrup, salt, grapefruit and lime juice. Whiskey Sour (Jerry Thomas The Bon Vivant s Companion, 1862) ,- Bourbon, Rye, lemon juice, bitters and fresh eggwhites. A classic done the MASH way. Built on a blend of Bulleit whiskeys for a rich and complex taste. MASH Signature Old Fashioned (MASH, 2016) 145,- Jefferson s Reserve MASH-edition Bourbon, maple syrup og bitters. Clover Club (The Clover Club of Philadelphia, 1897) ,- Tanqueray gin, Aperol, freshly squeezed lemon juice and raspberry meringue foam. Our twist on a Clover Club with a focus on fresh raspberries.
