4 Something from Grandmothers Strawberry Garden When we were kids, one of the biggest highlights of the Danish summer was when the delicious Danish strawberries arrived in our grandmother s garden Summer in Denmark has now arrived and we want to dedicate our local menu here at MASH Skovriderkroen to the greatest berry of the Kingdom of Denmark, please enjoy! Strawbasil Daiquiri ,- Plantation 3 Stars, Lillet Rouge, homemade strawberry/basil syrup and fresh lime. The perfect aperitif with a fresh, deep & fruity twist of the all-time favorite strawberry daiquiri! - One is not enough Negroni Fragole ,- Strawberry infused Campari, Monkey 47 gin, homemade Vermouth blend and black pepper. Get involved! A rather strong bitter/sweet irresistible take, on the most famous classic cocktails from Florence. When Ramos came to Denmark ,- Vanilla infused Ketel One vodka, Cocchi Rosato, strawberry syrup, cream, egg white, lemon, lime and topped with Champagne - Strawberry heaven! This one is our pride! We have deconstructed the famous Danish dessert Rødgrød med fløde and the New Orleans Cocktail: The Ramos gin Fizz. It is creamy yet sour, fruity but also sparkling!

5 Something from the bar MASH Signature Margarita (MASH, 2009) ,- Calle 23 Tequila Blanco, fresh lime, homemade eucalyptus syrup. A more elegant margarita with notes of eucalyptus. Whiskey Sour (Jerry Thomas The Bon Vivant s Companion, 1862) ,- Bourbon, Rye, lemon juice, bitters and fresh eggwhites. A classic done the MASH way. Built on a blend of Bulleit whiskeys for a rich and complex taste. MASH Signature Old Fashioned (MASH, 2016) 145,- Jefferson s Reserve MASH-edition Bourbon, maple syrup og bitters. A decadent old school cocktail where additions of sweeteners and bitters shows off the quality of the whiskey.

6 Something from the bar The Honey Smash (MASH, 2018) ,- Ketel One vodka, honey liqueur, watermelon and fresh lemon juice. The quintessential summer cocktail, zesty and refreshing. French Lady (MASH, 2018) ,- Plantation 3 Stars rum, orange liqueur, fresh lemon juice and homemade grenadine. A fresh and zesty summer sour with notes of citrus and Caribbean Rum. Clover Club (The Clover Club of Philadelphia, 1897) ,- Tanqueray gin, Aperol, freshly squeezed lemon juice and raspberry meringue foam. Our twist on a Clover Club with a focus on fresh raspberries.

7 Something from the bar Singapore Sling (Raffles Hotel, Singapore, 1936) ,- Tanqueray gin, Cherry Heering, D.O.M Benedictine, Cointreau, pineapple juice, grenadine and fresh lime juice. An all time classic that delivers a punch and layers of sweet tropical fruit. Lemon Meringue Sour (MASH, Denmark, 2012) ,- Tanqueray 10 gin, aromatic citrus syrup and fresh lemon juice topped off with toasted meringue. Pina Colada Nr ,- Ron Zacapa 23, pineapple juice, Banane du Brésil and Coco López. This perfect after dinner drink combines pineapple juice, coconut and banana liqueurs with exquisite dark rum.

8 Something for after dinner Kentucky Coffee (MASH, Denmark, 2013) ,- Bulleit bourbon, coffee liqueur, espresso and homemade vanilla cream. The MASH alternative. Rich, intense and warming. Espresso Martini (Fred s Club, London, 1980 S)...120,- Ketel One Vodka, Coffee Liqueur Blend and espresso. This frothy delight needs no introduction. Cookies and Cream Milkshake (MASH, 2018)...125,- Chocolate cookies and vanilla ice cream. Made using our own Cocoa Nib infused Bourbon Blend. How about a real American finish to your meal?

MASH Homemade Lemonade... 50,- Fresh lemon, fresh lime, sugar and topped with sparkling water. Balanced, fresh and not too sweet. Our lemonade has stood the test of time.
