7 cocktail As part of our mantra to keep our produce local, ensure the freshest of quality and support the local families that make their livelihood from their crafts, we use a local and traditional spirit for all of our cocktails. The two forms out of all the painstaking trials we have done on your behalf are: Arak bali kelapa made from distilled coconut Arak jaka made from distilled palm These are age old traditional recipes made in modern distilleries. Arak not only gives an alcoholic effect but also induces mild euphoric senses due to the natural herb and aromatic root collaboration.
