2 WINE 187ml Terret/Sauvignon, Terres Fumées, France 5.20 Pale bright yellow colour with hints of green. The nose reveals a delightful blend of grapefruit and lime with notes of jasmine. Elegant palate with citrus and fresh fruit aromas. The finish is long and refreshing. Verdejo, Blume, Rueda, Spain 5.20 Pale yellow with subtle golden hues. On the nose, an elegant scent of citrus, juicy tangerines, orange peel and white flowers, combined with subtle notes of fennel and hay flowers in the background. On the palate, the flavours reflect the nose and the wine has a well-integrated acidity, a medium body and a fresh lingering finish. Zinfandel Rosé, Wildwood, USA 5.20 A youthful wine with aromas of fresh cherries and watermelon. On the palate, flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and sweet candy are incredibly sumptuous and ever so moreish. Shiraz, Woolloomooloo, Australia 5.20 Ruby red in colour. This Shiraz displays a nose of smoky ripe berry fruits. Smooth and rich on the palate with spicy and peppery flavours. Subtle hints of eucalyptus on the finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Terres Fumées, France 5.20 Deep purple in colour. On the nose are aromas of strawberry and spice. The palate is rich with lots of supple tannins and powerful flavours of black fruits, floral notes and a touch of spice. Merlot, IGP, Calvet Varietals, France 5.20 Deep ruby in colour. On the nose are notes of red fruits, such as blackberry and plum. The palate is velvety with notes of black fruits and violets. SPARKLING & CHAMPAGNE Prosecco, Poeti di Bottega, DOC, Italy 750ml Very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and sweet 200ml 6.00 red apples. Well-balanced and appealing on the palate, with an extremely delicate almond note. Champagne de Venoge, Cordon Bleu Brut 750ml Bright gold colour, wide aromatic complexity ranging from green apple, lemon and honey. Elegant and delicious, perfect for an aperitif.

3 WINE 375ml Chardonnay, Calvet Varietals, France 9.00 Pale gold with green hues. Intense aromas of white flowers such as linden, with notes of vanilla and toast. Soft palate with aromas of pineapple and tropical fruits. Elegant and persistent finish. Soave Classico, Terre di Monteforte, Italy Light and floral, with flavours of apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by a very subtle creamy texture. Crisp and refreshing on the finish. Rioja, Beronia, Spain This delightful wine has complex aromas of red fruits and sweet spices such as cinnamon and menthol. In the mouth the wine is soft and silky with flavours of raspberry, cherry, chocolate and a hint of vanilla. A long juicy finish with gentle tannins. Cotes du Rhone Rouge, Chemin des Papes, France Deep ruby red colour outlined with a dark purple tinge. Intense, fine and fruity aromas, with a spicy base. Bold on the palate, but with a very round and elegant finish. WINE 750ml Sauvignon Blanc, Mirror Lake, New Zealand This fresh, crisp Marlborough New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc combines some of nature s best gooseberry and passion fruit notes. On the palate there is a crisp and refreshing citrus acidity. Albarino, Pulpo, Spain The wine is bright, pale lemon in colour. Aromas of white flowers, hints of peaches and apricots lead to a fresh, fruity palate and an enjoyable finish. Shiraz, Lyngrove, South Africa Intense dark ruby red colour. Dark chocolate and vanilla combine with ripe berries on the nose. The palate shows intense red fruit backed by soft tannins and a mild oakiness. Merlot, Carta Vieja, Chile Light red colour. Flavours of plums and ripe cherries with soft cocoa and vanilla aromas. Soft and full on the palate with a long after taste.

Wherever you are in the world though, the sheer quality of Scottish malt whisky is unmistakable with expressions as unique as the landscape surrounding each distillery. From the peaty notes of the Islays and Juras to the sweeter flavours of the Speysides and everything in between there is a whisky for every taste. We have selected some of the finest malts to help you sample the true essence of Scotland whilst it gently drifts by your window. MALT WHISKY Arran 10 year 50ml 6.50 A clean, crisp whisky that evokes images of the westerly isle it hails from. Sea air wisps across the nose before the dram itself reveals its fruity, spicy flavour; with the short, clean finish rounding off the satisfying flavour profile. Auchentoshan 12 year 50ml 7.70 An easy drinking whisky, this lowland malt is renowned as one of the world s favourites and with little wonder. Equally enjoyable with or without water, the Auchentoshan has a nose of still-warm Christmas pudding, with a hint of mint and toasted almonds. Laced with a subtle sweetness, dark fruits, baked apples and ginger, it moves on to have a long, dry and gentle finish. Balvenie Doublewood 50ml 6.70 A Speyside finished in sherry casks, this is a sweet, warming malt that is as refreshing as it is comforting. Gently nutty with a grapey aroma, it is gently spiced with traces of vanilla and discreet sherry notes. You ll be enveloped in a warm, cardamom-rich and dry finish.

5 Edradour 10 year 50ml 7.50 Complex, fruity, sweet and deep, the Edradour 10 tempts and seduces you with a plethora of notes and flavours, while delivering a satisfying finish. This will take you on a journey of contradictions before resolving the profile with a deep, fruity finish. Glen Garrioch 12 year 50ml 8.00 Honey-golden in colour, this Highland malt brings plenty of creamy flavour and texture, with strong hints of toffee apples on a crisp day. Dry and refreshing, it s a great introduction to the region. Highland Park 12 year 50ml 7.20 Originating from Scotland s most northerly distillery, Highland Park offers a balance of heather and honey, wrapped in a warm, smoky atmosphere of a summertime beach fire that captures you both on the nose and in the finish. Macallan 1824 Gold 50ml 6.70 Sherry Oak The Macallan is one of Scotland s most well known whiskies, and the 1824 Gold Sherry Oak despite lacking an age is full of character. Vanilla and chocolate come through in spades, with notes of citrus and cinnamon making this the perfect companion for a quiet, relaxing evening. Laphroaig 10 year 50ml 6.70 Full of peaty flavour and rich in iodine, Laphroaig is a charismatic Islay malt with a flavour profile unlike any other. A big, musky, peat nose is lavished with suggestions of liquorice and salt and a hint of cool wood smoke. Peat rumbles through the palate too, followed by those big iodine-rich notes, oak and a thick, island fireplace tang. Black pepper and oak pins you down before a dry, tarry finish. A touch of water brings new vibrancy to the whole dram. Tomatin 12 year 50ml 6.00 With only a hint of Oloroso sherry, this Speyside malt is more floral on the nose with a delicate, peaty background. Big on pepper, figs and nuts on the palette, the balanced finish will deliver a gentle reminder of its short spell in a sherry cask. 6 SPIRITS Lone Wolf Vodka 50ml 5.70 Lone Wolf Vodka is purity personified. Only filtered once, leaving the true character of the spirit intact. The devil s in the detail and so is the taste. A crisp, smooth and self-assured vodka. Subtle sweet grain with vanilla is followed by just a hint of icing sugar. A velvety-smooth mouthful precedes a warming finish. Rock Rose Gin, 50ml 5.70 Dunnet Bay Distillers Crafted from the ground up using the rich botanicals near this northerly distillery, this distinctive gin has notes of citrus, cardamom and juniper. Caorunn Handcrafted 50ml 5.70 Scottish Gin Caorunn is a dry and crisp, aromatic taste adventure with a long dry finish, that is fresh, floral, citrus and slightly spicy on the nose. Edinburgh Gin 50ml 5.70 Edinburgh Gin is a modern London Dry gin with a nod to Scotland, crafted with fourteen botanicals including lavender, pine buds, mulberries and cobnuts with plenty of citrus notes. Created by hand in their West End and Leith distilleries, this is a delightfully crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish.
