An easy drinking wine that goes well with fish, poultry and lighter cheeses. Just Sauvignon Blanc, 5.00 Vin de Pays d Oc, France 18.7cl Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, this wine has aromas of vibrant citrus fruit and pineapple with a hint of gooseberry. Clean and fresh with crisp citrus fruit. Sauvignon Blanc, Carta Vieja, 7.20 Maule Valley, 2014, Chile 37.5cl Fresh citrus aromas on the nose are followed with delicious tropical fruit and melon flavours on the palate. Chablis, Domaine Pascal Bouchard, France 37.5cl A fresh tasting gold/green tinted wine with tangy citrus aromas up front, crisp green fruit and a pleasing nutty finish. Classic Chablis from one of Burgundy s long established growers. Sauvignon Blanc, Château Tour de Mirambeau, 2013/14, France 75cl Zingy fresh aromas of gooseberries and cut grass mingle with tropical fruit flavours to produce a fruit driven super fresh wine with body and style. ROSÉ Vintages are subject to change Zonin Pinot Grigio 75cl This is a delicately fruity, relatively full and refined wine. It offers an ensemble of aromas of great finesse. Lightly dry and extremely fresh. Its light and elegant structure makes this an unusually refined wine. Just Rosé, Vin de Pays d Oc, 5.00 France 18.7cl This delicate, pale pink rosé is made from Cinsault grapes, known for their delicious red fruit flavours. Fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas on the nose, delicate red fruit flavours in the mouth, creamy strawberry and raspberry with a hint of spice. SPARKLING & CHAMPAGNE Prosecco, Poeti di Bottega, 75cl DOC, Italy 20cl 6.00 Very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and sweet red apples. Well-balanced and appealing on the palate, with an extremely delicate almond note. Veuve Clicquot, Yellow Label, Brut NV, Reims, France 75cl The nose is fresh and lively with aromatic spice and buttery toast aromas. Full, fruity flavour in the mouth with hints of almond and peach, long refreshing finish.

3 RED WINE Dry River Shiraz Australia 18.7cl Lovely dark garnet-red colour with brick-red tinges. Rich and concentrated with its scent of red fruits, violets and spices. Supple, elegant and complex on the palate, the finish is smooth and attractive. Just Merlot 2015, 5.00 France 18.7cl A beautiful, profound ruby hue with purple reflections. A delicate, subtle nose with pleasing hints of red fruits, including blackberries and plums. A soft, mellow fruity wine with fine aromatic persistence on notes of black fruit and violets. Grenache/Syrah, Louis 5.00 Eschenauer, Vin de Pays d Oc, France 18.7cl A harmonious and delightful blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes. Dark red, the nose is dominated by ripe red fruits, notably blackberry and raspberry, with a dash of white pepper. Chianti Castello Vintage /2015 Italy 37.5cl A deep, intense aroma laced with fruits and violet, this velvety Italian red balances body with intricate flavouring, matched with a prolonged and appealing aromatic persistence. Cabernet Sauvignon, 7.20 Carta Vieja, Maule Valley 2014, Chile 37.5cl On the nose, this is enticing with bright cherry, blackcurrant, dark plum and hints of toasted oak. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and long, ripe fruit and berry after taste. Château Tour de Mirambeau, Bordeaux Rouge 2011, France 75cl The classic merlot/cabernet Bordeaux blend with great attention to detail. Rich garnet colour, spicy ripe cherry nose, the perfect balance of upfront fruit and smooth, supple, velvety tannins. Malbec, Pascual Toso, Mendoza, 2013, Argentina 75cl A fresh and aromatic wine. The nose reveals characteristic aromas of violet and white pepper. In the mouth, fruity notes prevail with a mix of redcurrants and blackcurrants. Pinot Noir, Limited Release Iona, Elgin, 2012, South Africa 75cl Owner and winemaker Andrew Gunn named his wine farm Iona as a nod to his ancestors who hailed from the eponymous island off the west coast of Scotland. Succulent black cherry aromas and hints of woodland with underlying floral and spice notes. Silky smooth in the mouth with a long lasting, smoky red fruits taste.

Wherever you are in the world though, the sheer quality of Scottish malt whisky is unmistakable with expressions as unique as the landscape surrounding each distillery. From the peaty notes of the Islays and Juras to the sweeter flavours of the Speysides and everything in between there is a whisky for every taste. We have selected some of the finest malts to help you sample the true essence of Scotland while it gently drifts by your window. MALT WHISKY Arran 10 year 6.50 A clean, crisp whisky that evokes images of the westerly isle it hails from. Sea air wisps across the nose before the dram itself reveals its fruity, spicy flavour; with the short, clean finish rounding off the satisfying flavour profile. Auchentoshan 12 year 7.70 An easy drinking whisky, this lowland malt is renowned as one of the world s favourites and with little wonder. Equally enjoyable with or without water, the Auchentoshan has a nose of still-warm Christmas pudding, with a hint of mint and toasted almonds. Laced with a subtle sweetness, dark fruits, baked apples and ginger, it moves on to have a long, dry and gentle finish. Balvenie Doublewood 6.70 A Speyside finished in sherry casks, this is a sweet, warming malt that is as refreshing as it is comforting. Gently nutty with a grapey aroma, it is gently spiced with traces of vanilla and discreet sherry notes. You ll be enveloped in a warm, cardamom-rich and dry finish. Edradour 10 year 7.50 Complex, fruity, sweet and deep, the Edradour 10 tempts and seduces you with a plethora of notes and flavours, while delivering a satisfying finish. This will take you on a journey of contradictions before resolving the profile with a deep, fruity finish.

5 Glen Garrioch 12 year 8.50 Honey-golden in colour, this Highland malt brings plenty of creamy flavour and texture, with strong hints of toffee apples on a crisp day. Dry and refreshing, it s a great introduction to the region. Highland Park 12 year 7.20 Originating from Scotland s most northerly distillery, Highland Park offers a balance of heather and honey, wrapped in a warm, smoky atmosphere of a summertime beach fire that captures you both on the nose and in the finish. Macallan 1824 Gold Sherry Oak 6.70 The Macallan is one of Scotland s most well known whiskies, and the 1824 Gold Sherry Oak despite lacking an age is full of character. Vanilla and chocolate come through in spades, with notes of citrus and cinnamon making this the perfect companion for a quiet, relaxing evening. Laphroaig 10 year 6.70 Full of peaty flavour and rich in iodine, Laphroaig is a charismatic Islay malt with a flavour profile unlike any other. A big, musky, peat nose is lavished with suggestions of liquorice and salt and a hint of cool wood smoke. Peat rumbles through the palate too, followed by those big iodine-rich notes, oak and a thick, island fireplace tang. Black pepper and oak pins you down before a dry, tarry finish. A touch of water brings new vibrancy to the whole dram. Tomatin 12 year 6.00 With only a hint of Oloroso sherry, this Speyside malt is more floral on the nose with a delicate, peaty background. Big on pepper, figs and nuts on the palette, the balanced finish will deliver a gentle reminder of its short spell in a sherry cask. 6 SPIRITS Holy Grass Vodka, 5.70 Dunnet Bay Distillers Dunnet Bay Distillery in Caithness, has created Holy Grass vodka using local botanicals. The Holy Grass plant is said to bring a distinct herbaceous flavour to the spirit which is also infused with the vapour of Highland apples and apple juice. Rock Rose Gin, Dunnet Bay Distillers Crafted from the ground up using the rich botanicals near this northerly distillery, this distinctive gin has notes of citrus, cardamom and juniper. Caorunn Handcrafted Scottish Gin Caorunn is a dry and crisp, aromatic taste adventure with a long dry finish, that is fresh, floral, citrus and slightly spicy on the nose MAC & WILD WHISKY COCKTAILS The Forager cl % A smooth blend of Glenkinchie 12, foraged pine needle tincture and double infused heather honey. Finished with barrel-aged bitters. Ginger Laddie cl % Bruichladdich s fantastic Scottish barley whiskies from Islay - Port Charlotte and The Classic Laddie - are both mixed delicately with Oloroso sherry, orange peel, ginger, sweet vermouth and barrelaged bitters. Bonnie Brae cl % Haig Club single grain whisky is infused with rowan berries and lime, enhanced by Rosato Vermouth, rhubarb and Peychaud Bitters, finished with a touch of agave.
