Infused with apple, a dash of blackberry syrup and served in a goblet with a Fever-Tree tonic. BLOOM BOTANICALS: HONEYSUCKLE, CAMOMILE Distilled by the only known female gin distiller, it is a light, delicate and floral gin with a slightly sweet taste. Served in a Bloom glass with strawberry syrup, strawberry pieces and a light Fever-Tree tonic. TANQUERAY RANGPUR BOTANICALS: GINGER, BAY LEAVES, CORIANDER The rare Rangpur lime traditionally used to smooth down the gin brings an exotic bold flavour to the already perfect combination of juniper, coriander, bay leaves and ginger. Infused with ginger and lime and served in a highball glass with a Fever-Tree tonic. All served with double measures and a Fever-Tree tonic DRY GIN SIPSMITH BOTANICALS: CINNAMON, SEVILLIAN ORANGE & LEMON PEEL Dryness leads, with spicy juniper and a hint of lemon tart emerging through this Sipsmith gin. Choose your flavour from the below; STRAWBERRY / BLACKBERRY / CUCUMBER & ELDERFLOWER CANDY BABY George s passionfruit syrup, lemon juice and George s own rhubarb and custard, served with a small ball of candy floss in a highball glass. Same delicious taste as Candy Annie but without the alcohol. VIRGIN FAB Inspired by the classic ice lolly and taken from our sweet shop cocktail menu, it s been adapted to make it the perfect refreshing drink without the alcohol. STRAWBERRY FIELDS Our own strawberry syrup, shaken together with lemon and cranberry juice to create a refreshingly sweet and sour mocktail. Served over ice in a highball glass. FRUITY HOMEMADE LEMONADE A classic cloudy lemonade with a twist of strawberry, passionfruit or blackberry just let your server know your preference. SUNRISE A blend of orange and pineapple eager juice layered with grenadine to create a sunrise effect.

This quaffing white is just the ticket - made from Gar-gan-e-ga grape, more commonly found in Soave at twice the price, making it a blooming bargain. SAUVIGNON BLANC, FALSE BAY WESTERN CAPE, SOUTH AFRICA. This rather splendid Cape Sauvignon tastes just as good as a fine Sancerre but at half the price. Blooming marvellous! IL BADALISC PINOT GRIGIO VENEZIE, ITALY. This rather exceptional wine comes from vineyards where legend has it that a mythical creature called the Badalisc roamed... we do rather like a good story! CUVEE JEAN PAUL COLOMBARD DEMI SEC GASCOGNE, FRANCE. Smooth and well balanced, this is an uncomplicated easy-drinking medium dry white wine of character.
