Gran Cavalier Sauvignon Blanc - Malta Before pressing, the grapes are left in contact with the skins to extract maximum flavour and varietal characteristics. The result is full flavoured, rich, delicious Sauvignon Blanc. Isis Chardonnay - Malta Isis is characterised by fresh tropical fruit flavours. The name Isis recalls the Phoenician goddess of sailors whose vigilant eye still graces the prow of the Maltese fishing luzzu. Sancerre - Domaine La Porte - France Pale gold in colour with silver highlights. It is intense and complex with aromas of boxwood along with fruity notes of grapefruit and citrus. Blanc - Chateau Roquefort - France Slim, elegant taste of the wine captures the fresh acidity, light mineral nuances and fruity notes. The finish is long and refreshing. Gavi di Gavi Scanavino - Italy The wine shows an aged golden colour with hints of almond and grapefruit on the palate and a long, mineral finish. Vadiaperti Fiano di Avellino - Italy Fiano is the grape variety here, giving a wine that combines attractive apricot and fennel seed flavours with mineral, flinty nuances. This is a beautiful, linear wine with good structure and substance, the finish being long-flavoured and crisp. Robert Mondavi Woodbridge - Chardonnay - U.S.A A delightfully pleasing wine, with citrus and green apple notes on the nose. The wine finishes with nuances of fruit and florals, and a refreshing, lemony expression of the palate. Altitudes White - Ixsir; Batroun - Lebanon Breathes a bouquet of floral aromas with hints of Muscat and notes of grapefruit. Floral and fruity, with a sharp and crisp character, this balanced wine reveals a nice fresh palate.

Woodbridge Rose - Robert Mondavi - U.S.A Bright pink in colour, nose reminiscent of sugared fruits, redcurrant jelly and quince. Soft and unctuous in the mouth, velvety with notes of lemon and strawberry. Altitude Rose - Ixsir; Batroun - Lebanon With its suave fruity, and crispy palate, it will arouse the admiration of anyone passionate about authentic rosé wines. RED WINES Bottle Glass Medina Syrah - Malta The noble Syrah grape shows its true flavours in this easy drinking, unoaked red wine of great charm and finesse. The result is a light-bodied, juicy red wine that delivers fruit driven flavours followed by a soft, refreshing aftertaste that lingers attractively in the mouth. Grand Vin de Hauteville Shiraz - Cabernet - Malta A full-bodied, fruit packed blend of Shiraz which fills out the middle palate which is dominated by blackcurrant flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This barrel matured, robust wine has good length and an elegant finish. Antonin Noir - Malta Full fruit flavours of ripe blackberries, cherries and blueberries make this wine very enjoyable in its youth while the backbone and structure provide it with ample ageing potential. Cheatau Nicot Cabernet Sauvignon - Merlot - France A fine line of acidity cuts through its core. The well balanced tannins act as ample support for the rich fruit flavours. A touch of earth and spice round out this palate pleaser.

Pleasant to taste, this wine has a round and fruity attack before revealing its fine and silky tannins. Chianti Classico - Aziano - Italy Brick red with a scent of sweet spices, black plums and a touch of rose petal. Palate showed fennel seeds, white pepper and dried rosemary mixed with plum and cherries. Silky tannins, yet firm with balanced acidity and excellent length. Valpolicella Classico - Superiore Ripasso, Pojega - Italy Deep ruby colour, the bouquet recalls red fruit, chocolate and spice, confirmed on a silky, well-balanced, structured palate characterised by appealing roundness, sweet tannins and unique elegance. Carmenere - St. Rita - Chile A lively and juicy representation of this variety, with a soft and supple texture, bright brambly fruit and subtle notes of spice and tobacco leaf, and a hint of vanilla from 6 months in French oak. Altitudes Red - Ixsir; Batroun - Lebanon Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Caladoc and Tempranillo grapes. Fresh aromas vary between red and black fruits, with a touch of oak. Its blending gives the wine a supple and delicate character where blackcurrant and blackberry merge.
