2 SIGNATURE COCKTAILS BY LUMIA BAR Feijoa and Apple Sour Feijoa flavoured vodka with a hint of apple liqueur, mixed with cloudy apple juice, a dash of lime juice and egg white. Garnished with an apple fan, it s the perfect mix of sweet and sour. Garden of Eden A well balanced fusion of sweet and nutty flavours with Zubrowka vodka, orgeat, lime and shaken with mint. Black Raspberry Martini A sweet combination of Don Julio Blanco, Chambord and a hint of lime juice shaken with black berry jam. It s a little bit naughty. Stone Coupette Light and fluffy on the palate with hints of spices and coconut. A mix of Kraken spiced rum, Disaronno Amaretto and Baileys; blended with cinnamon and coconut syrup, brought together with a whole egg. Forbidden Sour The smooth flavours of Woodford reserve, combined with the sweetness of pomegranate liqueur, a hint of maple syrup, balanced with lime juice and then shaken with eggwhite for a foamy finish. Old Fashioned If you have never tried this classic cocktail, be sure to order one of these. Ron Zacapa 23 has a perfect blend of honeyed butterscotch, spiced oak and raisin fruit, but we ll stir it down to perfection with a sugar cube to add an impeccable amount of sweetness.

3 LUMIA BAR COCKTAILS Toffee and Salted Caramel Martini Toffee vodka is mixed with a spiced vanilla liqueur and Ketel One vodka and an egg white. Finished with a salted caramel rim and homemade toffee shard. Lychee and Rose Martini With refreshing lychees and the subtle undertone of rose, this cocktail is light but full of flavour. Watermelon Sherbet Martini Ketel One vodka shaken with pomegranate, lime sugar and fresh watermelon, finished with a watermelon wedge. Sure to bring out your inner child Passion Fruit & Lime Mojito Caribbean Black Spiced Rum mixed with lime, passionfruit, mint and brown sugar. A taste of the islands. Pink Lady Passoa passion fruit liqueur shaken with Hendrik s gin, lemon, strawberries, orange, cucumber and rose water. Refreshingly fruity.
