2 WELCOME TO SOUNDS ON WEST Here at SOW we take great pride in supporting Australian artisan producers, suppliers and ingredients, but not just with our food or physical space. The majority of our drink options are also sourced purely within the country from Australian wineries and distilleries. As we are the evolution of Six String Brewing Co. in Erina, NSW, we want to help support our fellow lovers of the crafts and showcase the great talent our country has to offer. Every spirit on our shelf is sourced purely within the country. Most bottles are specialty batches as they are for lovers of the craft and not to be massproduced. Our whiskies are sourced from all around Australia and are packed with an array of complex notes and flavours. We suggest to fully appreciate the experience you try them neat or on the rocks. Our wine options are specially selected from various Australian wineries, from the Yarra Valley to our beautiful Hunter Valley. All of our wines have been chosen to be amazing solo but be incredible paired with our Slow & Low cooked meats. Our cocktails have all been designed by local bar experts and enthusiasts alike, a couple being an ode to the classics but using native ingredients and our own personal flair. Even our herb ingredients are grown right in our very own backyard. As our restaurant is constantly evolving, so too is our bar menu. We are always on the lookout for new and exciting artisans and therefore constantly adding or tweaking our existing list.

Not Your Nanna s Pink Lemonade $16 Skillion Blue Vodka (NSW) is blended with Raspberry Liqueur (NSW) & topped with Six String Lemonade, then cascaded over a mountain of fairy floss. A sweet concoction that takes you back to your childhood, with the perks of adulthood Twizzler $16 Distillery Raspberry Liqueur (NSW) shaken up with Barbaresso Oyzo to make this Red Licorice goodness. You even drink it through a straw made of strawberry Licorice!
