The price should be quoted on F.O.R basis inclusive of packing and forwarding, freight etc. However it should be clearly mentioned in the quotation as per enclosed format only. Price should be inclusive of all the taxes, excise duties etc., or it should be mentioned separately in your offer clearly. It should cover a warranty of at least one-year against manufacturing defect. Realistic earliest delivery period should be indicated. It is not binding on us to accept lowest offer. 2 BASIS OF DESIGN: Proposed new Cup filling machine with freezer will be an additional extended facility within existing MDG ice cream plant. Section 1: Flavour Mixing Tank: This section will have 2x 1KL flavor mixing tank which will be procured by MDG during the expansion of Ice Cream Mix room. However this section shall have a following no. of independent headers for automatic and simultaneous operations such as Filling, Emptying & CIP for the flavor mixing tanks: 1. 2 x loading headers for filling aged ice cream mix from aging section. 2. 1x unloading headers for transfer of Ice Cream mix to freezer 3. 1x CIP return header for the Flavour Mixing Tank. Section 2: Freezer: 1x 1500 LPH ice cream freezer to be installed by the supplier for production of ice cream of desired 100% over run. Ice Cream mix temperature will be in between 4 to 6 o C. Ice cream outlet temperature should be 5.5 o C. Provision of Step less 50 to 100 % capacity regulator. Provision of automatic cylinder pressure regulator. No. of pumps 2 one for mix and one for cream. Provision of hollow eccentric shaft. Section 3: High Speed Cup Filling Machine: Capacity cups per hour. Machine should be fully automatic with suitable connections as per the requirement of Mother Dairy Gandhinagar. Filling of ice cream should be from 90 ml to 125 ml. Provision of filling of ice cream with ripple variety and it should be through rotary nozzle operated with motor. Provision of thermo sealing for cup should be there. Provision of online printing. Provision of automatic cartooning and taping machine. Provision of Rippel Tank. Provision Dry fruit Spraying unit (through nut vibrator).
