13 terms and conditions ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Item numbers, descriptions and order quantities. Decoration (Artwork or Text with exact copy). Tea Forté will accept high resolution (300dpi minimum) artwork in.ai,.eps,.pdf,.jpeg,.tiff,.png formats. Note: Spot colors will be converted to CMYK. Please convert all fonts to paths; do not send actual fonts. Ship to address, required delivery date and preferred shipping method. DECORATION SERVICES The minimum size for typesetting on most products is 6-point type. If client provides their own decoration band or product insert card, a charge of $2.00 G for handling will be added. Each additional client provided decoration added to order will incur a $.040 G charge. LEAD TIMES A lead-time is the number of working days required to process and ship an order from Tea Forté. Lead-times begin after receipt and approval of an order by Tea Forté. Orders for decorated products are not approved until final artwork is received and approved by customer. Working days = Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Digital proof: 2 working days. Usually for units less than 500: two weeks from the day after your order (or artwork if applicable) is approved. Please note that holidays may affect lead times. For over 500 units, please consult us for lead times. ARTWORK/LOGO PLACEMENT Logos may be given either a vertical or horizontal placement. Please indicate your preference for orientation when you submit your logo artwork. LOGOS AND TRADEMARKS All decorated product with corporate logos or registered trademarks is shown only to illustrate logo reproduction capabilities. Merchandise bearing logos can be purchased only by the organization to which the logo or trademark belongs and only through authorized Tea Forté distributors. DROP SHIPMENTS Tea Forté recognizes that in today s business environment, suppliers are asked to provide shipping/fulfillment services for individual product orders to end-user recipients. A shipping and handling fee of $10.00 G per address will be applied for each drop ship location, where Tea Forté handles third party order fulfillment (example shipping to individual end-user residential addresses). Drop shipment destinations are required at the time of order placement. SHIPPING AND HANDLING All orders ship from our Indiana warehouse. Bulk orders will ship via UPS and cost will be provided once the order is entered. The cost is calculated based on order total and ship to zip code. The option to use your own third party shipping account is available and account number must be provided with the PO. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Tea Forté will not ship outside the US. Any order with a final destination outside of the US can ship to a freight forwarder in the US, but must include decorated product only. RETURNS Decorated merchandise may not be returned. Plain merchandise returns must be authorized in writing from Tea Forté and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All authorized returns must be made freight prepaid within 60 days of the original shipment. LOSS/DAMAGE CLAIMS Claims for short shipments, damage or merchandise not received must be submitted within 30 days from date of shipment. Prices subject to change without notice. UNIQUELY YOURS Fully customized packaging is available on most Tea Forté packaging options for large corporate gift programs (10,000+ units) with sufficient lead time provided, approx. 4 months from order confirmation. Prepayment is required. Please consult your representative for more information. PROOFING Digital proof will be provided at no charge. INCREASED ORDERS Increases to orders already received by Tea Forté will be treated as new orders and a new lead time will be quoted. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS Firm orders which are cancelled or changed while in process will be assessed a service charge up to 25% of the order in addition to the cost of the components already produced. If order requires any manufacturing change while in process, a new lead time will be quoted. Please note: Any change may affect the original ship date. EXPEDITE CHARGE Any requests for delivery in front of our standard lead times will incur an additional $50.00 net expedite charge. We reserve the right to decline expedite requests
