16 DISCLAIMERS AND INFORMATION INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRIP AND EUROPE The trip is optimized for an arrival date in Germany on Saturday. Other starting days are possible, HOWEVER in Germany many activities are not possible on Sundays and some restaurants are not available on some weekdays. If the starting date is not Saturday, the trip will change and not all activities can be guaranteed and prices can vary. Almost all shops and activities will be closed on Sundays and public holidays in Europe. Let us know if you have any specific plans/ wishes for a Sunday so we can check for you if they are possible or not. YOUR HOTEL ROOM Hotel rooms included in Amoviom packages are always calculated for double rooms in a standard-class room. If you wish to sleep in your own room, there will be a surcharge. Contact us for pricing details. If you wish to sleep in a higher-class room like a suite, please contact us. Hotel rooms included in the standard price all have the same category, however in Europe hotel rooms in the same category are almost never 100% the same. This is because some hotels are in old buildings and distinctive rooms are regarded as interesting. Therefore hotel rooms might have slightly different sizes, features, layouts etc. This is normal. In boutique hotels every room might be completely different in terms of style, layout and decoration. E.g. in a movieboutique hotel every room could have a different movie theme, like Jurassic Park or Inception and relevant decoration. In Europe double rooms are usually equipped with queen-size double-beds, that means one bed for two people with two separate sets of bedding. Some hotels offer twin-beds, that means two separate beds. Amoviom will always strive to keep different genders in different rooms unless a pairing is desired (e.g. for married couples). If it is not avoidable and you are located in a mixed gender room but wish to stay in a separate room you will have to pay the single room surcharge. In Europe rooms for three people are not available unless this is specifically included in the itinerary. Only small children, usually smaller than 6 years can sleep in their parents room on a separate cot for a surcharge. Older children require a separate room. OTHER TRAVEL REGULATION Availability of the entire trip including all its parts (like hotels, activities, people you will meet) is dependent on multiple factors including travel dates, weather and season. Availability will be checked upon request with specific flight dates. A confirmation invoice with all updated details will be issued to the booking party at final confirmation. All tours and activities will run in all weather. Your guide will give advice regarding clothing each day during breakfast and you will receive packing suggestions for clothing. It cannot be guaranteed that you will meet all the people described in this itinerary as people you will meet, due to potential sickness, availability problems etc. However, Amoviom will always strive to provide a similar or better qualified individual in case one of the originally planned persons can t make it. You will be informed of all planned changes before booking. Mandatory European health insurance for participants is included. There might be surcharges for this insurance for travelers older than 60 years. Please inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian/ vegan or if you have any preference/ special needs regarding eating habits. Please also be aware that the food in Europe is relatively heavy, with more meat consumption and fewer choices of vegetables. Honesty Principle: Both of the two parties abide by the honesty principle when signing and carrying out the contract.
