1 009 Disney Deluxe Dining Plan Valid for arrivals 1/1/09-1/1/09 Welcome to the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, which offers an easy way to choose snacks and meals at over 100 selected restaurants throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including some restaurants that feature Disney Character Dining! From contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, you ll find a great meal that fits your style and schedule. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Number of During Your Package Stay The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three () and two () Snacks per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, per package (eligible for refills at Quick Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel). The example below illustrates a dining plan for a three-night, four-day package. Disney Deluxe Dining plan Disney Deluxe Dining Plan meals and snacks may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold separately, transferred or refunded. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Advance Reservations may be required at some restaurants participating in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Operating hours, menus, entertainment, Characters, Disney Deluxe Dining Plan locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Disney Deluxe Dining Plan meal and snack entitlements are based on the length of your package stay at your Disney Resort Hotel. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstance beyond their control. You can continue using meals/snacks in any order for the rest of your package stay until each person has depleted his/her allotted meals/ snacks. For example, if you use all your snacks on the first day, that will leave zero snacks for the remainder of your stay. Finding Disney Deluxe Dining Plan Locations e Your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is available at over 100 selected Quick Service and Table Service restaurants, including our legendary Disney Character Dining. 2 Most Quick Service locations, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen ice-cream novelties, popcorn, or Coca-Cola products accept your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Redeeming Your e The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan must be redeemed at the time a meal or snack is purchased. Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or snacks to your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. To save time at checkout, present your Key to the World card to your server or cashier prior to ordering and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages -9 on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. e You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. When dining with another party who is also using their Key to the World card to redeem their meals, please notify the server which meals belong on which Disney dining plan. e The following items are not included in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan: Alcoholic beverages and Snacks and beverages from some bottled drinks recreation rental counters Merchandise and Glow Cubes Photo Imaging Souvenir drink mugs e Gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. Tracking Your e Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package reservation. The example below illustrates a party with Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages -9 utilizing their meal entitlements: Guests ages 10 and over: Guests ages -9: Total: Total Redeemed - = 4 Balance Remaining Each time you redeem meals or snacks from your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, the server or cashier will provide you with a receipt showing the meals and snacks remaining on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. You can also contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance.

3 Quick Service Each meal from a Quick Service location includes one (1) single serving: F BREAKFAST F LUNCH/DINNER e Juice e Entrée e Entrée e Dessert e Combo meal plus one (1) single-serving non-alcoholic beverage or juice Look for this symbol to identify Quick Service restaurants, outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations that accept your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan and to identify eligible snack options. You may redeem your snacks at most Quick Service restaurants, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen ice-cream novelties, popcorn or Coca-Cola products throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Character Dining The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan can be used for Character Dining experiences. One (1) meal for each person participating in the Character Dining experience will be redeemed from your meal plan balance, unless otherwise noted. Gratuities are not included. Please Note: Two ❷ meals for each person dining at Cinderella s Royal Table will be redeemed from your meal plan balance. Gratuities are included. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experiences are not included, except at Cinderella s Royal Table and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. Dinner Shows The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan can be used for Category or Category seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating at the 9:0pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availabilty). Dinner Show experiences include: Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickey s Backyard BBQ (seasonal), both located at Disney s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, or Disney s Spirit of Aloha Show at Disney s Polynesian Resort. Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show performances throughout the meal, themed to the Resort setting. Show tickets Private can be acquired In-room through Dining Concierge. All Dinner Shows require Advance Reservations. Gratuities are included.
