1 2013 Disney Deluxe Dining Plan for Disney Vacation Club Members Valid for arrivals 1/1/13-12/31/13 Welcome to the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan available for Disney Vacation Club Members, which offers a convenient and affordable way to enjoy snacks and meals throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including many located in the Downtown Disney area. That means lots of great dining opportunities for you and your family. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Number of Meals During Your Reserved Stay The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2) Snacks per person, per night of your reserved stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel). Disney Deluxe Dining Plan Pricing The price of the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is $99.97 per night, per Guest ages 10+ and $26.84 per night, per Guest ages 3-9. Adding Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to Your Reservation e Disney Deluxe Dining Plan must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Members may add the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan online at dvcmember.com to reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts made with Vacation Points, or call Member Services for reservations booked on cash or in the Disney Collection. Payment in full is due at the time of adding the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to your reservation. Disney Deluxe Dining Plan cannot be added to your reservation within 48 hours of check-in. Disney Deluxe Dining PLAN Disney Deluxe Dining Plan meals and snacks may not be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold separately, transferred or refunded. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Advance Reservations are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Operating hours, menus, entertainment, Characters, Disney Deluxe Dining Plan locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Disney Deluxe Dining Plan meal and snack entitlements are based on the length of your reserved stay at your Walt Disney World Disney Vacation Club Resort or Walt Disney World Disney Collection hotel. The owners of the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or any circumstance beyond their control. Using Your Meals e You can redeem more than your allotted meals or snacks per day, if you wish, until your total number of meal/snack entitlements are depleted. e All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your reservation checkout date. Finding Dining and Snacks Locations e Most of the restaurant locations in Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, the Downtown Disney area and Disney Value, Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels accept the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (please see a list of participating restaurants beginning on page 3). e You can also find plenty of locations where you can redeem your Snacks - just look for this symbol on the menu boards at Quick-Service restaurants, most outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations to identify what is eligible as a Snack. e Please Note: Certain items are not included in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan such as: Alcoholic Beverages Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter) Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a Souvenir Container Items that are sold from Recreation Rental Counters Items that are considered Merchandise (such as Bottle Toppers, Glow Cubes and Bottle Straps) Special Dining Events with special menus offered at certain Table-Service locations 1 Continued on next page

An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity and have not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan (e.g. alchoholic beverages). e Choosing items from a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming the number of table service entitlements required at the location. e You may not redeem meals or snacks for any Guests who are not on your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. e The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill. Tracking Your Meals e Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your reservation. Healthy Food Options e Disney is committed to offering a wide range of options for you and your family. We offer menu selections for all of our Guests, including children, seeking wellbalanced meals, snacks and beverages as well as those with lifestyle dining requests or special dietary requests. Guests should notate any special dietary requests at the time of booking their dining reservation. 3 DISNEY DINING PLAN LocAtIoNS Quick-Service Meals Quick-Service restaurants offer a wide variety of food from soups, sandwiches, and salads to pastas, fish, chicken, and meat entrées. At Quick-service locations, Guests order food and beverages at a counter or register. Advanced Dining Reservations are not available at Quick-Service locations just stop by and enjoy. Can I use my Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or family members who are not included in my reservation or have not purchased a Disney dining plan? A. Sorry, you may not use your Disney Deluxe Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or family members who are not included in your reservation or have not purchased a Disney dining plan. Q. Are reservations required? A. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Our Table-Service restaurants, Character Dining, Signature Restaurants and Dinner Shows book quickly and the restaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available during your visit. Please make reservations online at disneyworld.com/dining or by calling Member Services at (800) up to 180 days prior to your visit for the best options. Advance reservations are required for Dinner Shows. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for reservations at certain locations. Reservations must be cancelled by 10:00pm EST on the day prior to the date of your reservation, or a per person cancellation charge may be incurred (charge varies by location). Guests should notate any special dietary requests at the time of booking their dining reservation. Guests may also speak with a chef or manager upon arrival at the dining location. Q. Can Guests ages 3-9 order anything off the menu? A. No, Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children s menu, where available. Many children s menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill. Q. Must I use exactly 3 Meals and 2 Snacks each night of my reserved stay? A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during your reserved stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a meal and then the following night use 2 meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show (subject to availability). Q. Are gratuities included? A. No, gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An 18% gratuity will be added automatically for parties of 6 or more. Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used? A. After you dine, your party s remaining entitlements will be printed on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available. Q. Can Guests substitute meals for a snack? A. No, Guests may not substitute meal entitlements for a snack. Q. Do any restaurants have a dress code? A.
