Alcaravea Italian kitchen, while still providing that magical Mexican touch. Their use of fresh fish and sauces with a spicy Mexican flare makes this place like no other in Cabo. Maria Corona, is a restaurant of Baja Cantina Group. Our tortillas are handmade and cooked on a comal, and our salsas are handmade in a traditional stone molcajete everything done in the purest of Mexican cooking tradition.
