Really nice for a bacon bread stuffing. Double-Smoked Ham Steaks $6 per pack (approx. lb.) All-natural pork shoulder cured and smoked over real wood fire for at least 6 hours. After slicing, they go back into the smoker for a second round. They are dusted with brown sugar before being packed and are ready for the grill or frying pan. Nolt Dairy Newville, PA Raw Milk from Pasture-Raised Jersey Cows Bacon Wrapped Aged Cheddar $15 per 1b. (roughly 1.25 lbs. each piece) This is a raw milk cheese I bought in Pennsylvania from a horse and buggy Mennonite friend of mine. He aged it 2 months and then we wrapped it with cheese cloth and our heritage breed bacon grease and aged it for an

16 additional 2 months. This mild raw milk cheddar goes with about everything. Heritage Breed Pancetta (Heritage Breed Pork) $4 per 4 oz pack Traditional pancetta cured and aged 2-3 months. Slightly saltier than our regular bacon and perfect atop pasta, soup and more. Hot Pepper Jelly $5 per pint Locally-made hot pepper jelly. Not burn-yourmouth hot, just hot enough.
