All food and beverage prices are subject to a 25% taxable service charge and a 7.5 % state tax (subject to change without notice). Please note that the service charge is taxable. ctçåxçà \ÇyÉÜÅtà ÉÇBWxÑÉá à fv{xwâäx An initial deposit equal to 10% of the function s estimated revenue is required at the time of confirmation. A payment of 50% of the estimated revenue must be received 60 business days prior to the event, and the balance is due 5 business days prior to event, along with the final guaranteed guest count. If a social function is booked 30 days or less prior to event date, the payment of the full estimated charges is due at the signing of the contract. In the event the Hotel does not receive such prepayment, the Hotel shall have the option of releasing your space by providing you with written notice, and you will remain liable for any cancellation and other similar charges. VtÇvxÄÄtà ÉÇ In the unlikely event that you should decide to cancel the planned event at any time after execution of an Agreement, cancellation charges will apply. \ÇwxÅÇ y vtà ÉÇ Each party agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from actual or threatened claims or causes of action resulting from the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of such party or its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, members of participants, provided that with respect to officers, directors, employees, and agents, such individuals are acting within the scope of their employment or agency, as applicable.
