2 About Us BENVENUTI DEI FRATELLI UCCELLO! Welcome from the Uccello Brothers! Flo s was founded on April 29 th, 2011 Daniele and Davide Uccello. It was a dream the two brothers had ever since they started working for their father at an early age. Daniele has always had a passion for cooking and Davide has always had a passion for service. It was a match from day one! Davide was 19 and Daniele was 24 when the two brothers started talking about it. There was little support from anyone besides their father and mother Salvatore and Franca Uccello, others thought they were too young. The two Sicilian born brothers never gave up and after years of persistence it finally happened! Ever since then the two brothers and their management have been committed to provide excellent service and authentic Italian food at the right value. Lastly as you cruise the menu you will be looking at recipes that have been brought to America from generation past. You will also be looking at recipes that have incorporated various local vendors such as Krupp Farms, Saranac Farms, Merchandise Supplies, and Sunrise Bakers. ~~~~ Flo s Catering Process is designed with the host in mind. Planning an event is a very stressful and time consuming matter. The great part is that we are here to help! We expect the planning process to be stress free and smooth. Flo s Catering also makes sure that you enjoy your event instead of having to work it. All of our recipes originate from our Sicilian origin and have been passed on from generation to generation. We use the best and most fresh ingredients around, most of which come directly from Italy. This Menu will guide you through the planning process. 3 A La Carte Menu Fees All setups include disposable plates, silverware & napkins & full cleanup of everything provided by Flo s Catering & Banquets. Upgrade to rolled linen silverware, china & glassware for $2 per person. Setup Style 1. Drop Off: We simply Drop off the food at a specific time given a. Up to the first 20 miles..$20 b. $1 per mile after 2. Buffet: We set your event up with it s own buffet line designed by you! We bring the buffet tables & linens, along with all serving utensils $2/person 3. Plated: Five star service brought to your event! Includes professional servers& an on-site chef(s) for the duration of your meal...$4/person 4. Family Style: This setup is an Italian tradition! All items ordered will be served in large bowls & platters to each table...$2/person We will also cater to specials requests of all kinds. If we can do it for you we will be more than happy to. Flo s is a full service catering and event coordinating company. Selection Recommendations Our chef is here to help you with your selection. The following is a breakdown of what a traditional event would offer: Appetizers: A selection of any two appetizers. Try & choose one very basic & simple appetizer & the other a little more extravagant. Salads: Either a house or Caesar salad. Entrees: We recommend every event have three entrees. One pasta, one meat, and one chicken dish. Remember, with Flo s you may be able to do this with the multi-entrée discount. Sides: Three sides are typically served at most events. Try to choose one vegetable, one potato, and one starch. Beverages: This area is completely up to you. We will include water at no charge with any beverage purchase.
