Volcano Lemon Juice ½ tsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup HT Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salad: 8 cups rinsed and torn dark greens 1 15 oz. can HT Garbanzo Beans, drained 1 ripe avocado, diced 1 cup freshly shredded coconut ½ cup dried cranberries Combine lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk to incorporate. Slowly add olive oil while whisking vigorously until creamy; set aside. In a serving bowl, combine greens, garbanzo beans, avocado, coconut, and dried cranberries. HT Vanilla Extract 1/3 cup freshly shredded coconut pinch of sea salt Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds. If you are using a mold that doesn t have built in sticks, freeze for 2 hours or until semi-firm and insert sticks in the center. Continue to freeze for at least an additional 4 hours (allow to freeze overnight for best results). To remove popsicles from molds, run under warm water. Garnish with lime zest and enjoy. 16 oz. Stir in the coconut milk and chicken. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and no longer in pink inside. Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish as desired. 7
