6 F I NE FOOD Based on our private event space size and capability a minimum of food and beverage revenue must be met in order to rent the private event space. This minimum does not include taxes, private room rental, gratuity or any other miscellaneous charges incurred. Therefore, in the event the minimum set forth is not reached, the remaining difference between the amount actually spent and the minimum set forth will be due. Intro to Private Spaces Our Private Dining Room accommodates up 130 guests featuring a beautiful covered patio The Private Space Rental includes tables, chairs, cow hide like table clothes on all the tables, all plate ware, linen napkins, silverware and acrylic cups for beverage service. Both spaces allow your guests to enjoy the famous South Bank Riverwalk views Patio Heated in the winter Restrooms are located on the second floor within the private space All the tables are draped in cowhide like table clothes. White table clothes are available for an additional charge of $5 per table cloth. Inside Private Room has Media, we have state of the art flat screen monitors and a microphone with small speakers that may be used for visual presentations for an additional fee of $50 For a private dining experience, room fee will be required at time of booking event along with the signed return of this contract. Room fee varies according to event size and date. Room Fee Refund Policy; 100% of room fee monies will be refunded if you cancel 60 days or more before your event date. Room fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 60 days of scheduled event. The exception is December bookings. All December events are final on date of signed contract. Deposit will not be refunded if canceled. Our standard procedure is to have the room set up 1 hour before your guest arrival time. If you need more than 1 hour prior to your event start time to set up your décor or staging then a staffing fee may be applicable. Please coordinate time to decorate the space with our event coordinator. Please go over any decorating requests with a event coordinator for advice and limits. Glitter, confetti and sparklers are prohibited The private space is available for cocktail style events. However, there is a food and beverage minimum. Gift cards may only be used for up to $100 of food and beverage charge.
