7 Contract Details The package price includes Hall Rental fee, all applicable taxes and gratuities. All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final billing. Special rates are available for Sunday through Friday and off season bookings (November-April). Deposit Structure Initial Deposit $ The contract requires $1, to hold the date and room. Then the balance of 20% of estimated total cost within 14 days based on a minimum guaranteed number of adults per room upon signing. Visa, Master Card or Direct Debit for the initial deposit only. Second Payment $ Made nine months prior to event 20% of total estimated cost. Third Payment $ Made six months prior to event 20% of total estimated cost. Fourth Payment $ Made three months prior to event 20% of total estimated cost. Also, at this time, a final appointment will be scheduled to meet with our events coordinator to discuss any outstanding details including; finalized menu, scheduling itinerary, floor plan room lighting, visual & sound, décor, ceremony etc. **Note 2 weeks prior to your event the Final Guaranteed Guest Numbers, with Floor Plan and Dietary Restrictions must be submitted. Any changes within 7 days of your event may be subject to a $50 administration fee. Fifth Payment $ The last 20% of total estimated cost, as stated on your contract, is due within 10 days following your event. We will accept Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or e-transfer or Cash. Final Payment $ Final payment is due by the end of the next month following your event and this represents 100% of the remaining cost. We will accept Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or e-transfer, cash for the final payment. Pricing Policy Children (under 2) Free if no menu or guest seating is required Kid s Meal (ages 3 to 11yrs) Will be charged 50% of the adult price Minors (ages 12 to 18) Will receive a 15% discount off the adult price Outside Vendors such as the Photographers and DJ also receive 10% off the adult price **Rates for children, minors, photographers and disc jockeys are applied after the minimum guaranteed adults are fulfilled as stated on the contract.
