The bottle prices are our shop retail price with a corkage charge of only 4 included or purchase any wine from the shop shelves and a mere 4 corkage charge per bottle will be added. 2 Established 1934 Selected wines by the bottle & glass ITALIAN WHITE SPARKLING 125ml 175ml 1 PROSECCO SPAGO NV Valvona & Crolla 11% Veneto Made from the Prosecco grape in North-East Italy, this frizzante wine is lightly sparkling, clean, zesty and refreshing. The lower alcohol level makes it superb for afternoon celebrations! 2 LAMBRUSCO CONCERTO 2017 Medici Ermete 11.5% Emilia Romagna Deep ruby red in colour, bouquet of dark cherries and violets with a very pleasing and crisp finish. WHITE 3 GARGANEGA 2017 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Veneto Aromatic nose with perfumes of almond blossom and a touch of acacia. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with delicate honey and almond notes. Clean finish with a twist of lime. 4 PINOT GRIGIO VENETO 2017 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Veneto Crisp and fresh with plenty of character. Popular for its ripeness and youthful character on the palate with an almond and a twist of lime finish 5 PECORINO 2017 Trabocchetto Talamonti 13% Abruzzo A bouquet of fruit aromas on the nose. On the palate it has an explosive ripe pear, apple and jasmine, accompanied with gentle grassy flavours. 6 GAVI DI GAVI 2017 Carmelitani 12.5% Piemonte Made from 100% Cortese, this wine is fresh and fruity with scents of white flowers and a pleasant though dry palate. Rich and balanced, this white is soft and round with good structure. ROSÉ 7 PINOT GRIGIO RAMATO 2015 Specogna 13% Fruili Unique rosé colour with copper highlights. It is a superb, fruit driven wine with fresh apples, pears and elderflower aromas on the nose. On the palate it has apple and pineapple notes. 8 ROSATO 2017 A Mano 12% Puglia Bright pink in colour with a lively, youthful perfume of ripe strawberries and a touch of fresh mint. ITALIAN RED 9 MERLOT 2016 Valvona & Crolla 13% Veneto Intense ruby red colour, complex fragrances of ripened fruit, fresh redcurrant and a light vanilla hint in the background. 10 PINOT NERO 2016 Valvona & Crolla 12.5% Veneto Ruby red with a perfume of cherries and rose petal. Flavours of ripe blackberries and raspberries, light but intense, and velvety smooth. 11 AGLIANICO 2016 Pipoli Vulture 13% Basilicata Deep red in colour with rich aromas of black fruit and spices. Full bodied on the palate with ripe red fruits such as plums, red currants, cherries and prunes. 12 ROSSO DI MONTALCINO 2014 Il Valentiano 13.5% Toscana Wonderful notes of violets, raspberry jam, black cherry and wild berry fruits. The proper use of oak is revealed in a hint of spice and vanilla. Elegant with velvety tannins.
