Early Order Cash Discount Order by September 9 and receive a discount on your fresh grapes or juice (this offer does not apply to Collina del Sol Juice) The deposit and balance must be paid in cash to obtain the discount Grape Crushing and Destemming Services Try winemaking from fresh grapes without investing in all the equipment Take home your freshly crushed must in our new, clean, 6 gallon pails or your precleaned containers. Get them now and use them again next year! We offer sulfite and enzyme services when your grapes are crushed Conveniently offered on Saturday mornings during grape pickup order the services when ordering grapes Remember - you will need to press your grapes at home! How to order Crush & Destem Services: Select crush & destem service, 6 gallon food-grade containers, and sulfite and enzyme options at the bottom of the Grape order form. You can also bring your own clean pails and working lids to our pickup location. Grape Availability Policy Order by the due date and we will fulfill the order given the grapes meet our standards. Regional Varietal Characteristics Southern California Grapes make excellent wines; grapes are available early in the harvest season. Northern California Grapes are grown in Lodi and Suisun Valley. Northern grapes possess intense flavor and quality due to their well-balanced climate. NEW! Paso Robles Grapes Paso Robles is comprised of 26,000 acres of wine grapes. It is one of the fastest growing wine regions in California and on the Central Coast. It has a diverse topography: rivers, roiling hills, flat lands, and mountains. The soil is comprised of bedrock, weather granite, marine sedimentary rocks, and volcanic rocks. Due to the varied soil components one vineyard block could contain several different soil types.

3 Grape and Wine Juice Agreement Order Details Your order may require multiple pickup visits. Expect separate pickup dates when ordering multiple varietals. Grape prices are market-driven and subject to change. Crush and Destem Service We offer 6 gallon reusable food grade containers that are cleaned and sulfited. Pre-order the containers when you order grapes. Select the number of containers to purchase on the order form. One container holds approximately 1 ½ crates of grapes. If you supply your own food-grade containers, prepare them ahead of time. If they are not properly cleaned, we will clean them for $2.00 each or you may purchase new containers. We reserve the right to reject oversize or unclean pails. Crush and Destem service is offered on Saturday mornings, arranged in advance. Beer & Wine Hobby is not responsible for the quality and cleanliness of your personal must containers, or the outcome of your wine if we crush, destem, sulfite or enzyme your grapes.
