1 Wines by the Glass Champagne Champagne de Castelnau: Located in the heart of Reims, Champagne de Castelnau dates back to 1916 when it was created in honour of the celebrated First World War veteran General de Castelnau. This multi award winning Champagne house is lead by Elisabeth Sarcelet, one of just a handful of female Chef de Caves in the region. 3. Champagne De Castelnau Brut Reserve - France The initial aromas are intriguing as they show a complexity rarely present in a non-vintage Brut.
