On the palate it shows intense lime and butterscotch flavours. The wine has all the complexities and elegance of a fine wooded Chardonnay and is excellent value for money. S p a i n W6 Marques de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc DO Rueda Pale yellow wine with greenish reflections. Very complex nose with notes of fresh grass, a mineral substance that gives personality and plenty of fresh fruits such as citrus, pineapple or melon. Flavours leaves a fresh, aromatic, clean and persistent end. C h i l e W7 Casillero Del Diablo Sauvignon Blanc Reserva The colour is a bright, light yellow. The nose is fresh and citric with hints of peaches and gooseberries. The palate is elegant, round and filling balanced by a crispy acidity.

A u s t r a l i a W10 Taltarni Fume Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Victoria A brilliant golden straw with green tinges which displays a bright array of exotic spices bright citrus, pineapple, lemon grass, floral andmineral notes. Best in its youth, Taltarni Fume Blanc is the perfect spring and summerwine. W11 Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay, South Eastern Australia A light to medium bodied Chardonnay with rockmelon and grapefruit at the fore. A gentle creamy texture gives excellent mouthfeel without being cloying, while spicy French oak plays a minor supporting role. N e w Z e a l a n d W12 Matua Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough Zesty, tropical, citrus fruits are complemented by herbaceous undertone. Crisp, fresh acidity balances with great structure and length. W13 Villa Maria Private Bin, Pinot Gris, Marlborough This Pinot Gris has fresh and intense aromatics of pear, red apple and honeysuckle, leading to a rich and textured mouthfeel with a delicious off -dry finish.

The palate combines finesse and roundness and has a spicy finish. R2 Château Noaillac, Medoc Cru Bourgeois, Bordeaux The advantages of the pebbly soil and mild temperatures give a wine with good backbone, very close to the fruit, extremely delicate, with excellent tannins R3 Château Camensac Very bright primary notes of redfruits, slightly tinted withnew wood. Velvetytannins, and showa fineand elegant pattern. The body is full, and take volume in the middle of the mouth. R4 Chateau le Grand Verdus, Bordeaux Superieur, Bordeaux A fond and fruity wine with scents of fresh fruit, spices and licorice. R5 Chateau Teyssier, Saint Emilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux Each deep crimson glass combines cherry, spearmint and fennel aspects. This ready-to-drink Bordeaux softly finishes with spicy bright red plums. R9 Pernand Vergelesses 1er Cru en Caradeux "Clos de la Croix de Pierre" Maison Louis Jadot premier cru «Clos de la Croix de Pierre» is a powerful, structured as well as a very delicate wine. It develops nice aromas of well matured black fruits. It is quite long in the mouth with supple tannins. R10 Château Montus, Madiran Rich, deep, complex, concentrated wine. Refined tannins and perfect balance. Elegant palate with a harmonious, fresh finish. Cigar, mocha, oak tar, balsamic notes and aromas of marquetry.

R16 Fleur du Cap Pinotage, Western Cape This dark ruby wine has a slight purple rim with cherry and ripe plum flavours, spiced with vanilla on the nose. On palate this medium to full-bodied wine shows ripe plum and berry flavours with a long persistent aftertaste. U S A R17 Clos du Val, Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley Purple-black in color, this intense, full-flavored wine boasts an abundance of dark fruit and ends with a long finish. Its silky tannins and classic structure deliver a Cabernet Sauvignon with excellent balance and a good mouthfeel. R18 Delicato Merlot, California With a soft nose of plums and dark berry fruits with oak and spice nuances, this wine opens up to a flavor of cherry with a hint of vanilla and tasty notes. The finish is smooth and well-balanced making this Merlot supple and easy to drink.

C h i l e SWEET WINE Sw1 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc 37.5 cl, Maule Valley A brilliant golden yellow wine with amber tones. Flecks of honey run off its aromas of ripe fruit, peaches and papaya. It is lightly fruity on the palate although the honey prevades through the good finish.
