Growing up in Italy, we knew that no matter what the occasion, a meal was not a meal without wine from the local winery. We learned this was our culture passed on by generations before us. We understood that this culture reflected a deep respect for the land and the vines, and a high regard for long-standing traditions cultivated over centuries. We at InVinus believe in sharing this culture around the world, especially at the point where traditional practice aligns with contemporary ethics. 4 Fasoli Gino VINI BIOLOGICI Borgoletto - Soave Veneto, Italy Their winery is the story of a family that has deep roots in the area of Verona. This family farm was founded in 1925 by Amadio Fasoli, who planted vines and began making and selling wine in taverns in cities surrounding the farm - and it s still going strong. Borgoletto Soave is crisp, clean and lightly fruity. Aromas of fresh pears; a clean, lively palate finishing on a twist of citrus; Bright light yellow in colour, the bouquet is both floral and fruity and the wine leaves almost saline and fruity notes on the finish. The finish is medium to long with a light aftertaste of bitter almonds. GOOSEBERRY CITRUS STONEFRUIT BITTER Since 1925, they have been producing wine, and since 1984 organic wine. In 2006 they started using biodynamic practices. They refuse to use chemical pesticides and instead use agricultural practices that respect nature, the people who live in it and their consumers. They continue to apply know-how passed down over generations to modern techniques to ensure they produce consistently high quality wines. They are committed to treating our land with the utmost care because we must ensure its health for future generations. The Fasoli brothers have conjured up a soft and dry white with appealing tropical notes and its fruit more to the forefront than in many pinot grigios. The excellent balance between acidity and body makes this wine fullbodied and pleasantly refreshing This is robust and mouthfilling and carrying subtle textures that carry through to a dry, flinty finish. 5 Pieve vecchia - Soave Veneto, Italy La Corte del Pozzo - Bardolino Veneto, Italy Pieve Vecchia is made from some of the estate's finest Garganega grapes which are aged in oak where it lays on its own yeasts for 6 months. It's a full-bodied, creamy wine that nonetheless retains a lovely freshness which is secured by using the best quality fruit. Pieve Vecchia is a vibrant gold colour. Full-bodied on the palate, it is an explosion of fruity flavours with excellent acidity. Notes of almonds and pastries on the aftertaste. ALMOND HONEYCOMB VANILLA CEDAR Bright ruby red in color, Bardolino should be drunk young.the bouquet is slightly fruity and floral with notes of wild rose with an enveloping scent of a fresh flowers. Made with the same grapes which are used in the famous Valpolicella, but grown in different areas closer to Lake Garda on hills and morainic ground, which give the wine its own unique character. WILD ROSES RASPBERRIES VIOLET La Corte del Pozzo - Prosecco Veneto, Italy Lovely rich complexity on the nose. Unripe pear on the palate with nice balanced acidity. Generally this is a medium-weight wine, with a fresh, floral bouquet, which can be drunk in the spring following the harvest. The fine and persistent perlage highlights the freshness in the mouth. The bouquet is bursting with aromas of white flowers such as jasmine and acacia. On the palate the finish has notes of bitter almond and dried fruit. WHITE FLOWERS BAKED CUSTARD APPLE CORTE DEL POZZO EXPRESSES THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LOCAL GRAPE GROWERS WHO WOULD MEET AROUND THE WELL ON THEIR PROPERTY BACK IN THE 1900S. TODAY THEY WORK WITH THE SAME FAMILIES THEY COLLABORATED WITH 30 YEARS AGO. WITH THE CORTE DEL POZZO LINE THEY DEDICATE A PARTE OF THEIR HISTORY TO THESE PEOPLE.

6 La Corte del Pozzo - Valpolicella Veneto, Italy Alteo - Amarone della Valpolicella Veneto, Italy This Valpolicella is a vibrant ruby red colour. Initially, this wine gives off all its vitality and strength. After the first year of aging it starts maturing and the tannins and acidity combine with the flavours of ripe fruit. This enriches the wines with a final touch of softness. The bouquet is bursting with aromas of red fruit jam and fresh red fruits with hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is dry, smooth, well-bodied and balanced. RED FRUITS VANILLA BERRY JAM VIOLET Indisputably the most powerfull wine of the veneto region - if not of all Italy. What distinguishes Amarone from other red wines is the fact that the grapes are dried over the winter prior to pressing. As you'd expect, the drying process concentrates the flavours even further and what you end up with in your glass is a delicious, mouth-filling wine with a list of flavours that go on and on. Stunning. LIQUORICE COFFEE DRIED FRUITS BLACK PEPPER La Corte del Pozzo - Valpolicella ripasso Veneto, Italy A richer more powerful wine having been fermented on the lees of Amarone. After a first fermentation, towards the end of February, the wine is left for about 15 days to referment on the grape skins used to make Amarone. During this fermentation they also add dried grapes to give more body and complexity to the wine. Valpolicella Ripasso DOC La Corte del Pozzo, is another valuable product of Fasoli Gino collection, soft and velvety on the palate, thanks to 2 years of aging in oak barrels. 7 Gabriele Scaglione - Langhe DOC Nebbiolo Piedmont, Italy Gabriele Scaglione In this ideal location for grape growing, Gabriele s vineyards, scattered throughout the best of the Langhe and Roero regions, flourish with regional varietals of distinct quality: Moscato, Arneis, Nebbiolo, Barbera, as well as others. Really elegant style of Nebbiolo; only selected, hand picked grapes of Nebbiolo of the historical Roero wine region are going into this wine. Scents of berries notes with delicate final, with hints of spice. The tannic sensation is well balanced thanks to a 12 months of ageing in 50Hl oak barrels. RED BERRIES PLUM BLACK OLIVES TOBACCO It is here in the Langhe and Roero where he grows his vineyards and dedicates his passion to bringing excellent quality wines with pride to international markets. A brave and unusual full malolactic confers to the wine viscosity and body out of the norm, but with the freshness and minerality in line with the tradition of the region and the grape varietal. CUSTARD CANTALOUPE PRESERVED LEMON Kellerei Bozen Cantina Bolzano, whose history begins in 1908, is today one of the most important wineries in Alto Adige and represents one of Italy s leading enterprises in terms of quality and originality. Contrasts mark the way of life in Alto Adige. It is a land situated between Alpine peaks and a Mediterranean landscape. They offer a wide range of first-class, award-winning wines. 11 Kellerei Bozen - Pinot Bianco Trentino -Alto Adige, Italy Kellerei Bozen - Pinot Nero Trentino -Alto Adige, Italy Pinot Bianco is, even if not indigenous, one of South Tyrol s most typical wines. Johann, Duke of Austria, introduced the first vines of this variety to the region during the middle of the 19th century. Aromas of white spring flower and apple delicately lead the nose on this refreshing white. The apple note follows through to svelte, polished palate along with pear and mineral. Crisp acidity gives it a clean, invigorating finish. PEAR APPLES PEACHES PINEAPPLES Pinot Noir has been cultivated fort the last 100 years in South Tyrol. The vines prosper on fertile soils of Renon near Bolzano. These well-ventilated and warm sites yield structured and elegant Pinot Noir. Following the traditional fermentation of mesh in wooden barrels, the wine is given time to mature in stainless steel, partly in wooden cask. Delicious fruitiness and pleasantly incorporated tannin. BLACK CHERRY RED BERRIES PLUM WHITE PEPPER Kellerei Bozen - Sauvignon Trentino - Alto Adige, Italy Der Sauvignon is part of the semi-aromatic grape varieties and has a fruity character, while showing green/vegetal and spicy notes, too. A really elegant and balanced expression of the old-world style of this grape varietal; Vegetal, notes of tomato leaf and sage, acacia and elderflower, white peach and lime. 12 Poggio Mandorlo - Il Guardiano Poggio Mandorlo The Poggio Mandorlo Project began as a dream of longtime friends Roberto, Felice, Giuseppe and Fabio. With the common goal of exploring and promoting their beloved land, they decided in 2001 to fulfill this dream of growing and producing their own wines. Il Guardiano, which we have been producing since 2009, is the expression of the terroir, born from the meeting between the deep intensity of Sangiovese and the smoothness of Merlot. Il Guardiano does not age in wood; it maintains a direct line between the vineyard and the bottle with minimum work by the winemaker in the cellar Toscana, Italy BLACK CHERRY VIOLET MOSS The sides of Mount Amiata aren t only a pre-mountain landscape but also and above all a succession of little zones with a very high wine gift. Poggio Mandorlo - IGT Toscana rosso The territory has a complex clay and limestone marl soil, rich in quartz and flint, with a predominant content of tuff and galestro (schist, clay & limestone) in the higher slope levels. With all the vineyards at 1313 feet asl (400 meters slm), Poggio Mandorlo wines offer elegant and delicate characters with a strong structure and bold intensity. Poggiomandorlo is their top wine, an excellent example of how a terroir can be expressed using international varieties of grapes. The Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, strongly characterized by the terroir, create a wine particularly well suited for aging in wood over long periods of time. The aroma has fruity notes enriched by hints of vanilla and chocolate coming from the wood.
