The palate is fresh with aromatic fruits, pineapple and a long lasting finish. 101 Club White Domaine de Pellehaut, CÔTES DE GASCOGNE, FRANCE Aromas of citrus fruits and acacia flower with touch of exotic fruits. 102 Zapallar Sauvignon Blanc Reserva, SAN ANTONIO, CHILE This Sauvignon Blanc balances the grassy, cool climate style with delicate floral elderflower aromas and a little exotic fruit character. 103 Belardent Picpoul de Pinet, 2016, CÔTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC, FRANCE A beautiful clean crisp palate displaying white flowers and white peaches. This wine has an elegant long lasting finish. 104 Ochoa Calendas Viura Chardonnay, 2016, NAVARRA, SPAIN Viura grape has high acidity that creates refreshing wines whilst Chardonnay brings the structure. Overall it is fruity and fresh with floral notes. 105 Vini Montauto Vermentino Malvasia, 2016, TUSCANY, ITALY Vermentino s floral flavours, with its classic herbal notes, combine with ripe stone fruits from Malvesia. Bright acidity and mineral notes on the finish. 106 Mount Brown Sauvignon Blanc, WAIPARA, NEW ZEALAND Made from a small block of vines on a family owned estate in the Waipara Valley 107 Petit Chablis Frederic Prain, Flavours of lime, citrus and pear with a gentle acidity with a clean finish. 108 Arcan Albarino, RIAS BAIXAS, SPAIN Intense notes of white fruit, pears, citrus fruits and mouth-watering acidity give structure to the wine. 109 Sancerre Domaine Millet Roger, LOIRE, FRANCE Concentrated gooseberry and citrus fruit, this ooozes complexity with the classic minerality so traditional of Sancerre. 110 Pouilly Fuisse Aux Chailloux Domaine Seve, Bright golden colour exhibiting generous aromas of ginger and toasty oak with notes of nuts, honeyed fruit and a delicate yet mineral finish.

Cherry notes, citrus fruits and white flowers shine through on the palate. RED WINES 201 Ladera Verde, Merlot, CENTRAL VALLEY, CHILE Rich ripe dark fruits on the nose. The palate displays notes of blackcurrants, plums and damson with juicy acidity 202 Armigero Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva, EMILIA ROMAGNA, ITALY Ruby red with lashings of dried fruit and spice, full bodied and warm on the palate. 203 Club Red Domaine de Pellehaut, CÔTES DE GASCOGNE, FRANCE Notes of cherry and blackcurrant with floral aromas, violet and bright fruit. 204 Club Claret Château Gaury Balette, 2014/ Lots of red fruit flavours and spicy freshness combine with hints of vanilla to produce a complex palate. 205 Ochoa Calendas, Tempranillo, NAVARRA, SPAIN Lovely red wine with intense and ripe red berry aromas from the garnacha grape and good structure with round tannin from tempranillo 206 Zapallar Pinot Noir Reserva, SAN ANTONIO, CHILE Aromas of cherries and raspberries, well combined with soft notes of oak. Smooth and elegant tannins are followed by a sophisticated finish 207 Côtes du Rhône Les Promesses Domaine Font Michel, RHONE VALLEY, FRANCE A generous Côte du Rhône with cassis, cherry and peppery flavours, made from grapes which are grown near the famous Roman aqueduct Le Pont du Gard.

4 Glass 175ml Bottle 208 Gouguenheim Malbec, MENDOZA, ARGENTINA After spending eight months in French oak barrel, this wine reveals aromas of red fruits, chocolate and coffee beans with scents of violets. The palate is very smooth with some complexity. 209 Fleurie Loron Et Fils, BEAUJOLAIS, FRANCE Light and beguiling with clean concentrated fruit and refreshing acidity on the finish. 210 Valserrano, Rioja Crianza, RIOJA, SPAIN Red berry jam, balsamic and hints of oak this is a tasty and well rounded wine. 211 Château Rocher Calon Montagny St Emilion, Elegant, full bodied and distinguished. Robust red berry and cherry aromas follow through to blackberries and liquorice on the palate. 212 Sidewood Estate, Shiraz, ADELAIDE HILL, AUSTRALIA Red cherry, currants and dark plum on the nose. The palate intensifies with flavours of pomegranate, cinnamon and spice and a textural earthy finish with soft silky tannins. 213 Vacqueras Château des Roques, RHÔNE VALLEY, FRANCE Warm aromatic spicy fruit flavours with just a touch of lavender and thyme in the background and a gorgeous powerful finish. 214 Mount Brown, Pinot Noir, WAIPARA, NEW ZEALAND This is a well-balanced wine with blackberry and cherry flavours and soft tannins. DESSERT WINE Glass 50ml Bottle Monbazillac Château de Fonmourgues, MONBASILLAC, FRANCE A bouquet of honey and apricot, long lasting with a hint of quince jelly. 5 WINES FROM THE CLUB CELLAR WHITE Bottle 400 Saint Aubin Paul Pillot, Thierry Pillot is turning this domaine into one of the finest in Chassagne. The combination of his vinification and viticultural skills, has led to the production of top quality wines. The wine has citrus and biscuits on the nose with a hint of honey. The palate has crisp citrus aromas, followed by a slightly buttery texture. A great value white Burgundy from one of the region s top producers. 401 Meursault Villages, Domaine Michelot, A rich and sumptuous Meursault, with honey, pastry, lime and hazelnut flavours on a round frame. Beautifully balanced, this is vibrant and snappy, ending with a mouth watering finish. 402 Puligny Montrachet Domaine Bachelet Monnot, The estate spreads over 10 hectares of vine and is planted with both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. All Grand Cru and red Maranges are aged in oak barrell of which 50% is new. The wine has citrus and vanilla aromas on the nose. Rich and buttery texture with oaky flavour and a lovely acidity.

6 RED Bottle 403 Château du Moulin Rouge Cru Bourgeois Haut Médoc, Château Moulin Rouge has been passed down through thirteen generations of the same family and it would be an understatement to say that they were passionate about it. It has a great position just south of St Julien-Beychevelle, they use plenty of new oak and everything is worked by hand. This vintage has elegant floral aromas alongside generous ripe fruit, spice and oak lead to plump black fruits on the palate and elegant tannins. A forward drinking vintage which can be enjoyed now. 404 Château La Tour St Bonnet Cru Bourgeois Haut Médoc, Chateau La Tour St Bonnet is situated on a gravelly ridge adjacent to the Gironde River, near the village of St.Christoly. The Chateau produces claret in the traditional way, creating full bodied and long lived wines which take time to mature was an astonishing vintage and this wine has evolved beautifully showing dense dark berry fruits and seasoned wood spice. this sometimes undervalued and elegant vintage. 405 Reserve d Angludet Margaux, Chateau d Angludet is a Cru Bourgeois located in Margaux, owned since 1961 by the Sichel family. Angludet s wines enjoy a worldwide reputation for their elegance, aromatic finesse and their exceptional ageing potential. Aged in barrels for 12 months; the wine is unfiltered to keep its phenolic components intact. The wine is full-bodied, with characteristics of blackberry, liquorice and toasty oak. The tannins are velvety smooth making an excellent, well-balanced wine. 406 Château Belgrave 5ème Cru Classe Haut Médoc, Situated next to the commune of St Julien and particularly Château Lagrange, the terroir of Château Belgrave is certainly up there. Boasting thick brambly fruit and hints of star anise, this is a match for any red meat dish. 407 Château La Tour Carnet 4ème Cru Classe Haut Médoc, La Tour Carnet was classified as fourth Cru Classe in the new 1855 classifcation but underperformed for a large part of 20th Century. New owners and a new direction saw a step change in quality from the late 90 s onwards with the Chateau now producing stellar wines befitting of its status. 408 Château Batailley 5ème Cru Classe Haut Médoc, Château Batailley is one of the oldest estates in the Médoc. The name is derived from the battle (bataille) that took place where the château and vineyard are today. 409 Château Lafon Rochet 4ème Cru Classe St.Estephe, Chateau Lafon Rocher is superbly situated, adjacent to both Lafite Rothschild and Cos d Estournel. The 2002 vintage is reaching perfect maturity now, showing luscious damson fruit with layers of liquorice and gentle spice. A real treat.

7 RED Bottle 410 Château Pontet Canet, Pontet Canet s 78 hectare estate boarders that of Mouton Rothschild and has performed well above its 5th Growth classification since the 70 s. The 1998 is a powerful effort with bold dark fruits and typical cigar box 411 Château Clos Fourtet Grand Cru St Emilion, Clos Fourtet, called Camp Fourtet in the Middle Ages, was once a fort designed to protect the town of St Emilion. In more peaceful times, this Château produces expressive Merlot dominated wines, supported by 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc Round dark fruits dominate on the palate with well integrated oak character typifying 412 Château Léoville Barton 2ème Cru Classe St Julien, Château Léoville Barton is the smaller portion of the great Leoville estate, owned by the Barton family since was an uncharacteristically hot vintage, producing some real blockbuster, fruit driven wines - and this does not disappoint. Rich dark berries and chocolate notes dominate the pallet with plenty of cedar and spiciness completing the equation. 413 Château Lynch Bages 5ème Cru Classe Pauillac, Château Lynch Bages consistently punches above its 5th Cru Classe status and is now generally perceived as being of 2nd Cru Classe quality. Although this wine has already accumulated over 10 years of bottle age, it is still youthful and robust in character, showing sweet dark fruits, leather and spicy edges. More than a match for the heartiest of dishes!
