2 White Wines 1 175ml 250ml Bottle 1 Los Gansos Sauvignon Blanc, Cono Sur, Chile A brilliant Sauvignon Blanc, pale yellow colour with citrus green apple and herbaceous aromas, followed by citric flavours and a mineral finish. Fabulously fresh and balanced. 2 Pinot Grigio, La Casada, Italy Soft, fresh and subtle. Honeyed, floral aromas are joined on the palate with apple and lemon flavours. 3 Chardonnay, Tall Horse, South Africa Generous tropical fruit and vanilla oak aromas with a luscious, rich and creamy palate packed with ripe fruit and spicy vanilla flavours. 4 Rioja Viura, Dom Ramos, Spain Wonderfully dry with fresh acidity, this Verdejo is bright and crisp with fabulous citrus flavours of lemon and grapefruit. 5 Picpoul de Pinet, Les Jeantals, France The grapes are always picked prior to 9am to reduce vine stress. Fresh orchard fruit aromas lead into a refreshing palate with elegant citrus hints. 6 Sauvignon Blanc Old Coach Road Seifried Estate, New Zealand A lovely, fragrant nose full of gooseberry aromas leading into a palate bursting with fresh, fruity flavours and a balancing, zingy acidity. Opulent and refreshing, this is a tantalising wine. 7 Neuburger, Tinhof, Austria Green and yellow, brilliant aromas of citrus and pineapples followed by a lively structure. 8 Mâcon Lugney Les Genievres Maison Louis Latour, France 100% un-oaked Chardonnay, this is a beautiful wine with Muscat-like floral and fruity aromas followed by notes of liquorice. 9 Chablis, Gerard Tremblay, France Gerard Tremblay produces the most elegant style of Chablis very mineral, clean and unspoilt by excessive oak. An old-fashioned and worthy style. Good honeyed fruit on the nose with crisp, steely fruit on the palate.

3 Red Wines 1 175ml 250ml bottle 10 Sangiovese, Arche, Italy Made by Mario Ruggani, this is a lovely, soft, spicy Sangiovese. Dark ruby in colour with herbaceous cherries and violets on the nose. This is a great Italian! 11 Cosmina, Pinot Noir, Romania Dark, rich and potent with layers of complex black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon. Spicy aromas lead into a lingering aftertaste. 12 Merlot, Franschhoek Cellar, South Africa This dark plum coloured wine has aromas of the forest floor, Christmas cake and red cherries which follow through onto the palate, finishing fresh and clean. Fabulously fruity with a supple texture. 13 Malbec, Montañés, Argentina A nose of spicy mocha underlines the open fruitiness of the Malbec grape. The taste is rich and vibrant with dark, red fruits. 14 Rioja Crianza, Bodegas Valliciergo, Spain Medium-bodied wine with fresh plum and red berry aromas. The palate is bursting with ripe, red cherry flavours and a hint of spice. 15 Roccamora, Schola Sarmenti, Italy Explosive aromas of spice, leather and tobacco with a fruity finish. This is a vigourous wine that will tantalise your palate with its velvety structure, softened by light tannins that leave a nice, lingering aftertaste. 16 Shiraz, Chocolate Box, Australia Strong aromas of coffee, chocolate, blackberries and spice fill the glass, supported with sweet vanilla oak. A long, silky smooth finish awaits all. 17 Gigondas, La Référence, France Silky and velvety with plenty of ripe, black fruit aromas and mouth-filling flavours of black liquorice, chocolate and raspberries.

4 Rosé Wines 1 175ml 250ml bottle 18 Rioja Rosé, Bodegas Campillo, Spain Attractive raspberry pink colour with violet hues and orangey reflections. An intense, fruity aroma with touches of ripe fruit and acidity, makes this an unforgettable wine. Fresh, with a good counterweight, it delivers an ample, fruity and persistent finish. 19 Provence Rosé Château Routas, France Freshly cut watermelon, ripe peach aromas and floral notes lead to a palate alive with wild strawberries and hints of minerality goes direct to Highland Hospice funds for every bottle of Provence Rosé sold Sparkling Wines & Champagne 20 Prosecco Spumante Barocco, Italy Well-balanced with plenty of peachy fruit, a gentle mouthfeel and a delicate, light finish. Perfect on its own or with fish and delicate starters. 21 Champagne NV, Maillart Brut Premier Cru, France Golden in colour with intense aromas of fruit and toasty hazelnuts. Wonderfully fresh and fruity with great finesse. 22 Rosé Champagne NV, Laurent-Perrier, France A fabulous Rosé Champagne bursting with fresh, summer fruits with a dry finish and floral hints. Elegantly fresh and fruity. 23 Champagne 2006, Dom Pérignon, France Top of the range, de-luxe Champagne, with rich, toasty aromas, wonderful apple, biscuit and lemon-rind flavours and a long, spicy, clean finish.
