On the palate it is rich and full bodied with good balance and a long finish. Unwooded Chardonnay Organic-Yalumba Australia 7.00 Bright pale yellow with hints of green on the edges. Ripe melon fruit with subtle peaches and juicy pear. Faint tropical fruit are also evident with a faint touch of lime. A mouth filling wine that bursts into life on the tongue Picpoul de Pinet- Saint-Peyre France 7.50 A long-time favourite and consistently reliable from year to year, absolutely delicious, lovely ripe, red fruit flavours, luscious and juicy. Albarino Paco & Lola No 12 Spain 8.00 This Rías Baixas has developed a strong following with its most appealing style and lively refreshing fruitiness, a recognised characteristic of the Albarino grape. Cotes de Ventoux -Domaine des Anges France 8.00 Full, rich but well-structured. Dominated by fresh fruits, white peaches and exotic fruit, finishes with a citrus note. It is very long and finishes with a suggestion of minerality. Pinot Grigio Tomassi Italy 8.50 This classy Pinot Grigio is made in a traditional manner being vinified and aged solely in stainless steel. The end result is a bright straw yellow colour with an unusual elegance. The bouquet is concentrated with exotic fruits, lemon and lime. It is rich in mouth feel with a long lingering after taste. Sauvignon Blanc- Vidal New Zealand 8.50 This Sauvignon Blanc is fruit-driven and is an easy-drinking style with clean flavours of gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus. Riesling- Vidal New Zealand 8.50 Made in the Marlborough region of New Zealand, this is an elegant, refreshing wine with citrus, honey and lime flavours. A great wine with Thai and Chinese cuisine. ROSÉ Rosé Domaine du Tariquet France 7.00 Delicious wine perfectly balanced between sweet and dry with superb pale red colour and appealing floral nose.

Merlot Reserve - Casa Silva Chile 7.50 Good colour, a touch of vanilla and spice on the nose, ripe fruit and herbaceous flavours, robust, smooth and very well structured with a long finish. Garnacha/Tempranillo-Paco & Lola-Navarra Spain 8.00 Aged in American oak for 6 months, this interesting blend makes a full-bodied, fruit driven wine with nice oak undertones on the finish. Grenache-Cotes de Ventoux-Domaine des Anges France 8.00 This is a generous, round, full-bodied wine with ripe fruits and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Los Cánoningos Reserva-Ribera del Duero Spain Stunning red with intense dark cherry colours. Aromas on the nose are layered with liquorice, cocoa, coffee and ripe black fruits. This is a full-bodied wine with layers of flavour supported by ripe tannins.
