Thon Hotel Arena has the exclusive serving rights for sales of food and beverage at the Norwegian trade fair center. Food and beverage cannot be taken into stands by exhibitors or other renters. 2. Alcohol is permitted only in Thon Hotel Arena Restaurants or areas where Thon Hotel Arena holds a liquor license 3. Alcohol is not permitted on stands by Norwegian law 4. Written liquor license must be applied at least 3 weeks ahead of trade fair. This can be done only in closed trade fairs by invitation only 5. Written order has to be sent 5 business days before the trade fair opening 6. If ordering after 5 business days before, can we may not guarantee you the entire menu. 7. We may surcharge you if the minimum order gets split up into several deliveries. 8. If you want to cancel your order you have to do it 72 hours before. Cancelations after 72 hours will be fully charged. 9. All prices is included VAT 15 % (food and non-alcoholic drinks) or 25% (equipment and alcoholic drinks)
