CATERING INDOOR DINING AREA (Total capacity 100) There is a $1500 minimum* for the indoor dining area only. Monday through Friday 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 10 p.m. OUTDOOR PATIO AREA (Total capacity 245) There is a $2500 minimum* for the outdoor patio area & indoor dining area combined.

We also have a 20% service charge that covers all paper products and gratuity. For larger or more formal events, please consider the JEB Little Creek Carl Brashear Conference and Catering Center.

7 ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICES Cake cutting service Additional table set-ups: DJ, sign-in/check-in, sweetheart, head, and cake tables Audiovisual (dining area only): We recommend an audiovisual test prior to the event. Pub 19 is not liable if your device is not compatible with our system. Flags available: American flag, POW, Virginia State and Navy flags. WI-FI connection: Go Wi-Fi is available with in Pub 19. For any connectivity problems, please contact POLICIES A copy of the Navy Catering Agreement at JEB Little Creek-Fort Story food and beverage division will be provided prior to completing your catering contract. The sponsor of the event is responsible for reading and filling out correct paperwork and ensuring the compliance with all rules and regulations. 8 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Deposits Pub 19 requires a $500 non-refundable deposit. Patrons may change the date and/or time of their event once. Any additional schedule changes are subject to a penalty fee. Refund of deposits is only allowed for military events that can provide a reason on command letterhead. All other requests must be reviewed by the manager. Food Allergies Our staff cooks with nuts, soy, dairy, gluten, shellfish and many other allergens. We will do our best if your guest has an allergy. However, we cannot completely guarantee an item to be allergen free. Please inform us of possible food allergies to help minimize allergen exposure. Alcohol The installation has an alcohol policy in place. Alcoholic beverage service is available only in conjunction with food service and must be purchased through Pub 19 Catering. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. All alcohol beverages will be served by a certified staff member. Decorations Decorations are not provided by the venue. We have beautiful indoor and outdoor settings. Decorations on the walls are prohibited. However, the patrons may provide center pieces and set them up. All candles must be enclosed. Patrons are allowed to decorate 1/2 hour prior to event scheduled time.
