6 Big Girls Catering Service Fee information * Uniformed catering staff for your event = $ per staff (amount of staff depends on guest count) * Licensed bartenders for your event = $ per bartender * Bar-back s for your event = $85.00 per bartender * Production fee (15%, 20%, 25%) based on service type needed fee is based on food & beverage only and covers a tasting for up to 3 guests, buffet linens, decorated buffet tables, cake cutting fees, unlimited phone calls and s prior to event and a variety of other incidentals involved when hosting an event
