The final guest count is required 7 business days prior to the event. This number cannot be reduced as staffing and food orders will be based on this number. Charges will be based on the guaranteed number, unless the guest count increases. In this case the greater number will be utilized for final charges. Cancellation: If the meeting/event is cancelled within 7 business days of the event full meeting room rental and 100% of any food and beverage will be applied to the card on file. All cancellations must be in writing.
