11 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION GUARANTEES: Guaranteed number of guests and all menu choices must be provided 5 days prior to function. Please inform event staff of any allergies at this time, so that we may prepare accordingly. The expected number of guests will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received 5 days prior to the function. The kitchen staff will be ordering, prepping and preparing food according to the final guarantee number. CANCELLATION: Cancellation of a contracted event will incur a fee based on schedule below, payable within 30 days of cancellation.
