17 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Courtyard by Marriott Aksarben Village is pleased to provide exceptional catering and event service. Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. All prices and services are subject to a 20% service charge as well as the Nebraska Sales Tax of 7% and an additional Nebraska Occupational Privilege Tax of 2.675% on food and beverage items. All items, prices and options are subject to change. Please submit menu selections at least 14 days in advance to enable the hotel to make appropriate staffing and product arrangements. Also please confirm attendance numbers at least 3 business days prior to the event. This will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the original expected attendance on the banquet event order will be used as the default contract. You will be billed for the guaranteed number or actual attendance, whichever is greater. If alcoholic beverages are to be served on the hotel premises, the hotel's alcoholic beverage license requires any alcoholic beverage to be dispensed by employees only. The hotels alcoholic beverage license requires the hotel to identify any person wishing to purchase an alcoholic beverage, as well as to have the ability to refuse service to anyone underage, or to any person in which the hotel staff feels is not sound in judgement.
