20 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Courtyard by Marriott Lincoln Downtown is pleased to offer exceptional catering and event service and we are eager to serve you! All food items served on the Hotel premises must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel's culinary team. A daily charge of $ will be enforced and added to the group account should any outside food & beverage be brought into the hotel and consumed in public areas or meeting rooms. Prices are per person unless otherwise specified. All prices, items and services are subject to a 22% service charge as well as current sales tax (currently 9.4%). Service charge is taxable according to Nebraska state law. All items, prices and options are subject to change. Please submit menu selections 14 business days in advance of scheduled function to enable the Hotel to make appropriate staffing and product arrangements. Final attendance numbers must be confirmed 3 business days prior to the function. This will be considered your minimum guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received, the original expected attendance on the banquet event order will be used as the default contract number. You will be billed for the guaranteed number or the actual number attendance count, whichever is greater. Should alcoholic beverages be served on the hotel premises, the Hotel's alcoholic beverage license requires any alcoholic beverage to be dispensed by employees only. Alcoholic beverage service will be denied for guests who appear to be intoxicated or are under age.
