11 Additional Information Considerations Meeting Space is subject to 9% State Tax A non-refundable deposit equal to the room rental is required at the time of receipt of signed Event Agreement. All Food & Beverage is subject to 9% State Tax & 20% Administrative Fee. This administrative fee is retained by the Hotel and is not a tip, gratuity or service charge for any employee and is not the property of the employee(s) providing service to you. There is a 20 attendee minimum on all buffets. Menu selections must be made two weeks prior to the event. A Banquet Event Order will be submitted, and should be signed and returned as soon as possible but no later than seven business days prior to the event. A Final Guarantee is due five business days prior to the event. All in-house food must be removed from the event space two hours after delivery Food is not permitted to leave the premises. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Hotel and remain in licensed areas of the facility; as accorded by NH State Laws. Private Bar set-up fee is $150; subject to 9% State Tax and 20% Administrative Fee. Bars are limited to 5 hours and may not exceed 10:00PM.
