All technology prices are listed on a per day basis. Guarantees: In order to make your event a success, please confirm your guaranteed number of guests three (3) business days prior to your event. The expected number stated on the contract will act as the final guarantee number if the guarantee number is not received. Service Charge and Tax: All food and beverage, A/V equipment, and meeting room rental fees are subject to a 25% taxable service charge and current state tax. Shipping: If you are shipping materials needed for your event, please do not send them more than three (3) days prior to your event. On the shipping label be sure to include the company/group name and date of meeting. Shipping and receiving charges may be applied. The hotel can not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent for storage.
